Gâteau super beau et très ressemblant à ce que je souhaitais.Seul bémol, la quantité de fraise est très très petite pour le prix payé.En revanche, je ne m'attendais pas à ce que les cakes américains soient aussi dense et compact !

Excellente prestation et très belle réalisation d’un gâteau carrot cake aussi jolie que délicieux, des cupcakes raffinés et des sablés savoureux. Je recommande sans hésiter. Merci à toute l’équipe de Clove Bakery et mention spéciale pour Virginie.

Je n'ai goûté que leur brownie mais il m'a clairement donné envie de revenir pour goûter le reste (le jour où je suis venue ils avaient des cupcakes avec des mini-tulipes, adorables). Il était fondant et vraiment délicieux.

To me here is definitely overrated!One of the cakes that I order to judge a bakery is Carrot Cake for a lot of reasons!To cut it short, baking a carrot cake is not a rocket science at all and quite a regilar choice in a lot of bakeries but doing it right and professionally makes a huge difference in terms of taste and texture!So what I ate here was like a bunch of sugar with a bit of cake. each and every bite of the cake I could taste and feel the texture of sugar particles in my mouth!At last, American choice of food and desert is not just about it's taste but also the portion which should represent the generosity and greatness of America with it which was totally vice versa in what I got!Totally disappointed!!

J'ai d'abord découvert ces gâteaux à travers des fêtes d'anniversaire. En plus de les trouver beaux, j'ai été surprise de la légèreté des pâtisseries. Je suis allée plusieurs fois à la boutique pour goûter brownies, cupcakes et gâteaux, ça a toujours été un régal (en plus d'être bien accueillie) !

Ça fait deux ans que je commande les gâteaux d'anniversaire de ma petite sœur avec Clove Bakery et nous ne sommes jamais été déçues. Nos amies et nous adorons le red velvet et le carrot cake. Le dernier étant notre favori par sa belle consistance fluffy"."

Petit endroit avec des dessert incroyables. Nous avons essayé le cupcake, cookies qui sont trop bons mais gros cœur de cœur pour le brownie. Les filles sont adorables !

Prix un peu justes mais presque normaux pour Paris (3€ le cupcake). Cependant très bons. Crème aérée (fait à partir de la Philadelphia) et bien sucrée.Pâtisseries (et personnel) authentiquement américains. On les voit même en train de confectionner les pâtisseries devant nous.Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de place vraiment (à part une banquette de fenêtre) pour s'asseoir, mais le quartier est sympa pour se balader de toute façon.

Patisserie américaine à Paris, le brownie est excellent (Si vous n'aimez pas le sucré, s'abstenir). Et le cupcake chocolat cream cheese est trop bon aussi

De superbe pâtisseries, le brownie est fantastique, les cookies pareille, tout est fait sur place avec amour, c est vraiment excellent. Et vous pouvez admirer la confection des superbes gâteaux à l américaine, ça donne envie !!!

In a city where classic pâtisserie is what people are mainly seeking, I often find myself yearning for classic American treats like cupcakes, pies and cakes. You would think that the French bakers could easily make something as simple as a cupcake. They have tried many times but they get it totally wrong and don’t even come close. They also don’t understand the simplicity and beauty of the fruit pie. I felt hopeless for a really long time that I could enjoy these American pâtisserie classics that are overshadowed by the French ones. Then I happened to stumble upon Stoney Clove Bakery. Not only did they have the cakes, pies, brownies, and all the indulgences I missed so much, but they are next level amazing in what they make. When I have surprised French people with something like a red velvet cupcake, you see that look in their eye when they take their first bite. It’s their realization that they have never really had a cupcake before and this is what we Americans were trying to tell them about. Stoney Clove Bakery is the legit real deal and they may be small but what they make is truly magic. Red Velvet cake is my favorite, but in the summertime the pies are heavenly and a great addition to a picnic.

So happy that I found this bakery. I needed an American cake and not being a baker and far from achieving anything in baking , I was so relieved that Stoney Clove had one cake left. Red Velvet! Exactly what I needed. I also purchased oatmeal raisin cookies as well. Everything was delicious. It's a tiny place and the ladies hustle to get their goodies out. Love this place, I'll definitely be going back and will also order in advance.
