Ingrid and her team did a wonderful job helping us selling our property. They are very professional. And also helped with all administrative issues by translating and so on around the sale. Even a year later helped us with a tax form that we received and didn't know what to do with it. I can highly recommend Morzine Prestige to any potential buyer/ seller.

I bought a two bed apartment in Morzine this summer and Ingrid was so helpful she went above and beyond my expectations. She helped me all the way and at times she must have thought I needed spoon feeding, her patience with my lack of understanding French and how to upload documents etc was very appreciated by me. Even now in December her and her lovely staff are still helping me out with EDF and Orange etc. Can’t praise and thank them enough !

Ingrid and her team were the only broker of Morzine and its surroundings that accomplish to sell our apartment after several years of searching for the right broker. They did a great job concerning all the licences and other things which are involved in selling our house. Furthermore, we were glad with Ingrid’s ability to speak proper Dutch and helping us with translating enormous amounts of French letters.
