Béatrice is always there to assist when things become too difficult. She has an extremely well versed knowledge, of all aspects regarding the FRENCH system which, to us Brits can be nerve racking at times.Today for the umpteenth time, she has again solved paperwork issues and internet responses that were beyond our capabilities.
