I had my first session today with Harriet and absolutely loved it! She really knows her stuff when it comes to yoga and how the muscles in our body work.She provides a lot helpful tips and 1-1 support to each member of the group.I've taken yoga classes before but not to this level of expertise.Thank you Harriet ☺️

Harriet is a fantastic teacher - both online and in person! Directions are clear, precise and tailored to your level - even when the rest of the class may not be 100% at a same level.She also runs retreats which are well organised, set in stunning locations and perfect for that mindfulness experience that was so sorely needed!Whilst all classes are both fun and energising I personally loved the meditation element at the end - which leaves me feeling very centred and relaxed.
