Sublime menu dégustation pour un prix bien abordable. Aussi, comme personne qui doit limiter sa consommation d’alcool, j’ai apprécié l’option des demi-portions de vin.Sublime tasting menu at a reasonable price. Also, as someone who now has to limit his alcohol intake, I appreciated having the option of half-pours for the wine pairings.

C’était bon avec un bon rapport qualité prix. L’accord vin excellent avec plein de découvertes. Après, il est vrai que nous n’avons eu aucun wahou de tout le repas, donc un peu déçu.

My recent experience at Le Châteaubriand in Paris was nothing short of phenomenal. From start to finish, every aspect of our meal was exceptional, and I would not hesitate to give this establishment a well-deserved five stars.The service at Le Châteaubriand was impeccable. Our servers were knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly hospitable. They took great care in guiding us through the menu and wine pairing, and their passion for the food was evident in their recommendations and explanations.The food at Le Châteaubriand was a true masterpiece of culinary art, featuring a variety of expertly prepared dishes that showcased the best of French cuisine. Each course was perfectly balanced with flavors and textures that danced across the tongue and lingered in the memory.Overall, I cannot recommend Le Châteaubriand highly enough. This is a truly exceptional restaurant that delivers Michelin-quality food and service. Whether you are a local or a visitor to Paris, this is a dining experience that should not be missed. Five stars, without a doubt.

Une belle expérience, une équipe détendue, vraiment professionnelle et a l'écoute du client.Le menu (8 plats) est un voyage! Chaque plat est un plaisir des yeux et du palais. Bravo pour le concept, la qualité et l'originalité.

Mis à part la décoration voulu très pauvre, peu flatteuse, on passe une super moment. Service détendu, sympathique, très professionnel, sommelière a la hauteur de la carte avec de très belles références. À faire !

So this was my first tasting menu/experience and I have to say it was definitely one of the best culinary experiences I have had. Each course and it's wine pairing were explained perfectly and brought forth a new taste each time. My only issue is I wish there was a connection between the menu items and if there was one I wish it was explained sorta like a story to be explained throughout the meal ( maybe i am watching tovmany cooking shows ). The jewel of this dinner was the final desert( yes there is 2). Also if you notice in one of the pictures a half eaten dessert is there because I couldn't wait to take a pic. But the final one was a shot of deliciousness everyone needs to try.

We had dinner here with another couple on a Wednesday night. Upon arrival we were promptly seated and when our server took our drink order they also asked if we had any dietary restrictions or dislikes. Two people in our group went straight vegetarian and one person preferred not to eat any seafood. They were incredibly accommodating and had no issues with the requests. The dinner service had no menu and most closely resembled a tasting course meal but felt more laid back and casual. One of our dining companions chose to do the wine pairings while the rest of us opted not to. They did not have cocktails on the menu but they had a limited selection of spirits and were able to make simple drinks like gin & tonic and tequila & soda. The dishes came out at a nice pace and each one was as good as the last. Collectively our favorite dish was probably the white bean soup, it was simple but insanely good! I was very excited to try the preserved egg yolk dessert as that seems to be a staple on their ever changing menu. It was super interesting and should definitely be taken in one bite. I loved the casual cozy feel of this restaurant and would be more than happy to come back!

Content de ma 1ere expérience au Chateaubriand. Service dynamique et de bonne humeur, tous élégants en chemise blanche. Menu dégustation intéressant et crescendo, sans fioritures, précis et juste. Produits nobles et de qualité (st Pierre, st Jacques, truffes, agneau, langoustine), construction des plats juste et réussie, belles sauces, travail minutieux. Accord mets et vins hors des sentiers battus (cidre, jerez, vins étrangers), belles références. Prix total (menu et pairing) 160€ hors pourboires. Je recommande.

In short, this is the best experience I had in all of France. This tasting menu was the most fantastic meal I have ever had. The entire experience was delightful. The staff were all amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. And the food, my goodness. No words, at least that I'm capable of stringing together come close to describing how amazing this was. Thank you, chateaubriand!

A wonderful experience, each dish perfectly executed. No menu is presented, so each dish that comes out of the 10 courses is a surprise. With that in mind, if you have an allergy or dislike certain things, they will accommodate your requests. It's definitely worth a visit to this restaurant.

It was a good experience - doesn't have that stuffy vibe like some other fancy restaurants. The food presentation was awesome. The wine pairings were interesting, some new stuff I hadn't tried before. The product is top notch but nothing really blew me away taste-wise. Some time has passed and the dishes I remember the most are the desserts.I get they're going for a hip, modern thing which is cool, but I was hoping to have my mouth blown and that just didn't happen. Service was okay, friendly, but they didn't change utensils between dishes which I found odd. Also the tables are crammed way too close together. I'd try it again, maybe for lunch if it's cheaper. Overall not bad but didn't totally live up to my high expectations (not the restaurant's fault of course).

les plats étaient savoureux, la carte change souvent, nous sommes tombés sur la semaine où il y avait beaucoup de poisson, j'ai adoré ( surtout le leche de tigre en amuse bouche)

Accord mets/vins parfait. Service très pro et agréable. Qualité de la nourriture excellente et qualité des vins parfaite... Très bon restaurant pour business, famille, couple. Un peu cher, accord mets/vins avec 2/3 entrées 3 plats et 1 dessert +-110€.

Excellent value tasting menu with unique courses for only 95 Euro pelr person. Neighborhood atmosphere's and very casual. Enjoyed meal and their fresh baked crusty bread was excellent. Highly recommended..
