Nothing but good things to say about this family owned (and run) watch store.Asked a question over whatsapp and got a very friendly informative reply. Went by to potentially buy this specific watch and had the best watch shopping experience I've had so far. Very knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about watches. I don't even live in Luxembourgh but I'll buy my watches from here from now on. Highly recommended especially if you are interested in Seiko's.

I brought in a Watch to change the battery. They told me it would take 1 day. Now after they opened it up they told me it would take them over 2 weeks to close it back up. This is very unprofessional as I refused other offers since they told me it would take at least 3 days. They should've contacted me before opening the watch to ask me if they should still do it with the delay and not open it up and now I'm forced to leave it to them for an undefined time.Update: 22.06.2022I have read your response and I'm aware of the special tools needed to open up the watch. However, it is important to note that I didn't criticise the fact that it was going to take long. It is about the fact that:1. Knowing that the gasket could be damaged, it was important to let me know that you wouldn't have the gasket in stock and therefore causing a delay.2. To inform me over the phone as a client that the watch was not repaired in due time and therefore the trip to the store could have been avoided.Also it is important to mention that I did not call the staff unprofessional per se, but the action of not informing me enough beforehand is seen as unprofessional. As I went to the 3 Omega stores, 2 watch repair stores and 1 jewellery store and they could all give me a precise date for the repairs.To conclude, there are no hard feelings, just try to keep your customers updated or let them know in advance that there may be delays since some pieces have to be ordered.
