Extraordinaire ! Nous avons fait appel à Amiral Limousine à la dernière minute pour un évènement familial. Le service a été parfait de la réservation, à la prestation, en passant par les conseils. Nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur Don, qui est un chauffeur remarquable. Drôle, attentionné, il a su mettre l'ambiance et nous faire danser devant la Tour Eiffel. Des souvenirs pour la vie !

Nous avons choisi Amiral Limousines pour la location d’une Rolls Royce Blanche pour notre mariage.La société est très réactive lorsque l’on a la moindre question.Le jour J la voiture était magnifique…Un grand merci à Malik, notre chauffeur qui a été très ponctuel (arrivé 20min en avance) mais aussi très sympathique et rassurant.Je recommande à 100% !

EDIT: Miriam blocked my phone and the other phones I called and texted on for the refund.I rented the black Lincoln limousine over a month in advance, and I continued confirming with them that there would be no issue. Every day leading up to the rental I asked them again and again if there would be any issue and for them to let me know. They said there would be no issue at all, they promised, so I was feeling confident. I had sent them the nearly €400 for the short rental, and I was expecting the black Lincoln limousine on the day of the rental. At the exact time the rental was supposed to start, me, and a large group of people went outside, to find that the limousine we had ordered was not there. instead, they had sent a much older white limousine with a a very old and dirty interior. When I asked why this was the case, they said, the other limousine was broken. Mind you, I have not been notified of this in advance, and the first time I learned about it was when I walked out with the entire group of people. I checked my phone to make sure, and I had gotten no messages. Because we had an event to get to, we got in the car, but nobody was happy about it. The inside, as I said, was dirty. In the photos, there was glassware and snacks were included in the price. So were soft drinks. None of this was there, it was literally an empty limousine. To make it worse, the driver was unprofessional and dressed in every day clothes instead of a professional uniform. He was clearing out the trash, plates, and cups of the last group as we were getting in. The inside was still dirty, and it smelled. Unlike the photo, there were cheap plastic champagne glasses instead of the glass ones pictured online. When I looked behind the seat, the glass ones were hidden there. This whole experience was truly terrible, and I cannot recommend them less. Additionally, when I messaged Miriam, euros the person who had a happily taken our nearly €400, she said there was nothing she could do. Then, after speaking with her, she said she could offer €50 back. This is nothing when thinking about the service that was provided. Their limousines are significantly more expensive, and the only reason I chose this was because they had the only black limousine in Paris. I could’ve gotten a white limousine anywhere else, for nearly €100 less. When I continued insisting that 50 else wasn’t enough, and that I would like to speak with a supervisor or another person, she stopped responding. I was very respectful the entire time, and for a business to stop replying to customer is outrageous. I think she blocked me, which, as a business is also completely inappropriate. Overall, we did not receive the service provided, and it ruined a big event for a lot of people. it wasted my money, their money, and all of our time. Miriam was happy to take her money, and wouldn’t deal with the problem after the fact. I highly recommend that you do not use this company, it is completely unprofessional. All aspects of it: the cars, the drivers, the brokers, the sellers, just a company in general. What a terrible experience. It basically ruined our time in Paris.

Service parfait. Chauffeur extrêmement gentil et patient. Je recommande, la voiture a fait son effet à notre mariage. J'ai été plus que satisfaite.

Vraiment les meilleurs voitures disponibles à la location.J’ai utilisé le service avec la derniere rolls royce… indescriptible !!La prise de commande au téléphone se fait très facilement.Je recommande cette entreprise
