I visit the Gers region regularly as my parents live there and as a keen cyclist I usually take my road bike. But when flying to visit it’s far easier to hire a bike. I searched and found Gascogne bike hire and got in touch. David responded quickly and was able to accommodate my hire request. The service was excellent. What made this so ideal was the delivery and collection service as I didn’t have a vehicle. The bike was more than adequate too with a bike bag with spare inner tube and tyre levers and bike lock. I’ll definitely being using Gascogne bike hire again for my next visit!

We recently hired 10 bikes for a wedding weekend in the Gers. The bikes were excellent and our guests really enjoyed getting out in the countryside exploring with them. I couldn't recommended the guys more. They are really lovely accommodating people who provide an excellent service with top class equipment.

We had an amazing multi-generational family cycling tour with Gascogne Bike Hire, with great fun had by all 3 generations. The bikes were fantastic, with electric bikes for those members of our family unused to cycling which meant we could all spend the time together on our tour of vineyards. David was a great and knowledgable host, and organised a route perfect for us! Thank you!!

We were really happy with with our Gascogne Bike Hire experience. David dropped off the bikes to our door in the morning and picked them up again at the end of the day. The bikes were in good condition and came with added saddle bags along with helmet and lock etc. The surrounding area is lovely for exploring by bike, quite roads dotted with vineyards and medivall villages and David provided plenty of advice for suggested routes. Would highly recommend.

I hired a bike from Gascogne Bike Hire while in Nérac for 2 weeks and was so so happy with my experience! Dave delivered and picked up the bike and it was perfect. It was exactly what I was hoping for and was tuned up and was in great condition and came with the helmet and lock and spare tube. I enjoyed riding around the countryside everyday!

Had a fantastic time exploring three characterful vineyards of the Gascogne along with a tour of the Château de Poudenas and delicious lunch in Fourcès. Tasted Armagnac, Flocs and a vast array of local wines.David was a fun and thoughtful guide, more than happy to assist when we had issues with translation and even had an electric bike in reserve in case anyone lost their legs by the end of the day! Tracy in the support van meant we didn’t have to lug around the cases of wine we had purchased either.Incredibly reasonably priced for a brilliant day out, would definitely recommend.

BEST BIKE TOUR IN FRANCE. We booked in for a group vineyard tour and it turned out to be the highlight of our whole trip. In one day we cycled through misty forests, historic French villages, and three incredible vineyards each with their own character and all with amazing wines. At one vineyard we were taken into the vintner's own kitchen to enjoy the wines around the table with grandma and grandad. From start to finish everything was so well organised and nothing was too much trouble for David (our tour guide) who lives locally and knows the area well. I have been on dozens of cycling tours over the years and this was by far the best. I will be back next year. THANK YOU!
