La Garenne Family Gites

Lovely place. Cute gites, well kitted out with a lovely peaceful feel to them. Lots to do in the area. Lovely little town nearby. Wonderful hosts with loads of information and guidance on what to do. Brilliant option of one to one swimming lessons for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to friends.

We absolutely loved our holiday here! They are fantastic hosts. The location was perfect for exploring this region of France and the pool was fantastic. So much in the area to see and do. We would all definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again in the future.

La Garenne is actual heaven for a family holiday. Dorte and Richard have thought of everything to make this a really fun place - from trampoline to tightrope to table tennis to a secret ladder inside a tree - so kids can make friends and play, and parents can relax. The pool is also gorgeous, the gites themselves so clean and serene, and the surroundings beautiful. Dorte is full of recommendations for brilliant things to do in the area (and will even book them for you!), and there's the option to arrange swimming lessons for your kids with Richard, who is not only a kind and patient teacher but a former pro triathlete and Team GB coach. Could not recommend more highly.
