Hôtel surcoté qui n'offre pas les services d'un hôtel 4 étoiles.Accueil médiocre et froid sans AUCUN service. Refus de prendre l'argent en espèces. Nous y avons passé deux nuits. Pas de bar. Minuscule salle accueillant le petit déjeuner de 12 places. Machine à café qui ne fonctionne pas, sans alternative puisque le personnel parle à peine le français.Le dernier jour, petits déjeuners pourtant payés par avance non honorés par le prestataire car à 9h45, il n'y a plus rien à manger"! Attrape touriste! A fuir"

At the beginning of your stay the hotel reserves a €200 warranty against your credit card. This is a new practice for me, and I didn't like the lack of trust it implies.I found the room spacious and generally well in order. Wifi in my corner of the hotel wasn't strong enough for videoconferencing, but this might not be true for all corners of the building. The complimentary hamam works well but a touch-up wouldn't hurt. The small (equally complimentary) fitness is basic, but enough to get you sweating. Breakfast is what you'd expect, but at €18 not the cheapest option around.There's a bike parking close-by where you'll find Vélib, Uber Lime and Dott bikes, metro is also just around the corner.

Highly recommended. Close to Printemps if considering shopping there, walking distance or only one metro station away.Unfortunately, we did not have the time to use the Spa which is included and requires reservation beforehand. Noise insulation at night against outside needs improvement.Additionally, the heating metal bar in the bathroom is very useful and is quite hot. Best thing a hotel can offer. Your clothes are basically dry overnight after washing them.Price is perfect for what it offers and taxi to CDG airport is about 60 euro if they call it for you.Reception is very responsive and 24-h.Above all, the gentleman at reception whom I thought was the manager/owner is very friendly and caring unlike some other 5-stars I stayed at. Didn’t have the chance the get his name.This is the ONLY hotel in Paris I would come back and book again if visiting in the future.

Lovely little hotel in a great location. Close to the centre but in a quiet street.The staff were friendly and helpful.Our rooms were great - one was a good size and quite standard, the other was a little smaller but stylish.

Une belle adresse un personnel aux petits soins gentillesse, conseils disponibilité.Un accueil remarquable.Chambres et literie très bien belle déco .Quelques améliorations sur les vidanges et robinetterie semblent toutefois à faire .La situation de l’hôtel est idéale pour un week-end Parisien.

De passage à Paris pour un tournoi de poker, l'hôtel est idéalement placé et parfait pour se relaxer entre 2 sessions de bad beats et de flops pipésL'accueil est chaleureux, le sourire franc et sincère, la décoration soignée, le service discret et efficaceSuper rapport qualité prix, rien à dire. Je reviendrai sans hésitation pour y travailler mon poker au calme dans vos salons, car ma range de 5-bet shove UTG mérite mieuxMerci pour tout !

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel lors de mes vacances à Paris en juin. L'équipe de l'hôtel était vraiment professionnelle et attentionnée, offrant un service de qualité.Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par un personnel souriant et serviable. Ils étaient toujours disponibles pour répondre à mes questions et s'assurer que mon séjour se déroulait bien. J'ai apprécié la propreté de ma chambre et la modernité des équipements.L'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal, permettant une exploration facile de la ville. Sa proximité avec les attractions touristiques, les restaurants et les boutiques était un réel plus.Je recommande cet hôtel à tous les voyageurs visitant Paris. L'équipe attentionnée et la qualité du service en font un très bon choix. J'ai passé un excellent séjour et n'hésiterai pas à y retourner lors de ma prochaine visite.

Je garde un souvenir génial de cet hôtel lors de mon voyage à paris pendant un week end !On est arrivé on a été accueilli par un personnel souriant, on se sentait bien!Les chambres sont top pour un week end c’est suffisant.Je conseil de passer dans cet hôtel à tous les voyageurs qui veulent visiter paris pendant un week end, c’est un endroit top !

Chambre agréable.Cependant plusieurs détails manquant rapport au standing du lieu. Pas de porte manteau à l'entrée, pas de table Bureau, pas de tapis au sol, ampoule de la lampe de chevet en panne, porte vitrée de la douche laissant échapper (beaucoup) d'eau- sol de la sdb trempé.Lit confortable et chambre très calme, machine à café et bouilloire à disposition très apprécié.

Trouvé sur booking car notre avion n’a pas décollé, super quartier qu’on connaissait bien, très bel hôtel spacieux et très propre. Un bonheur. Petit déjeuner 18€, un peu cher pour la qualité proposée mais sinon dans l’ensemble tout était parfait!! On recommande

Very nice room, good twin beds, good mattress, helpful staff. Only one problem was smoke alarm sounded in hotel waking us up. Cause someone was smoking in a room. Guess u can't avoid moron guests.

Stayed there for 3 days - spa was not working, my water bottle in the room was not changed over the 3 days and the janitor left his/her coffee cup in my room. Expensive for the service given. I will not stay again. The Hotel should have proposed a commercial gesture after all these issues. Super small room on ground floor…not worth the price.Ps: my water was not replaced at all over the 3 day period - referring to the hotel’s answer below.

My son and I really enjoyed our time here. The room was very nice and the balcony was lovely. It was hot outside so was great to have some air conditioning. It was near to lots of transport links so quite easy to get to. Ten mins walk away from Opera Garnier and 15 mins walk to Place Vendome.Breakfast was very nice, lots of choice and fresh ingredients. Staff at Reception were helpful and friendly.We booked the steam room for late afternoon and on both occasions our room was being cleaned so we had to interrupt the cleaning staff to get our thongs, which means that a few items didn't get replaced that we needed (cup, tea bags, milk, water). They did replace the towels and toilet roll later on.The bath robes and slippers were a nice touch and the body wash in the bathroom smelled nice.

HOTEL SCAM, BE CAREFUL!The photos do not correspond to reality.I booked a deluxe room, but when I arrived they wanted to give me a disabled room, saying it was deluxe category, but in a disabled bathroom room it is terrible to spend 5 nights in a hotel. they gave me a lower quality room, charging me the same price as the deluxe (higher) even though I pointed out the difference, the employee at the reception (who is not to blame) said that the manager told him to do Like this. The room that was assigned to me was very small, claustrophobic. if they had respect for the customer they would have warned me earlier that the deluxe room is not available and I would have the option to book in another hotel. also the cleanliness is not the best and I honestly don't understand the positive reviews, which apparently are false, since they publish photos of a breakfast room that is different from reality. stay away from this hotel if you want to have a decent holiday
