this place was really good, the staff were super friendly and helpful. the breakfast was really good too! the room was nice a good space for if your visiting for a few nights and will be out for most of it. the rooms were hot but there was a fan provided and large windows. overall a good experience ! would recommend :)

Très bon accueil, les chambres sont propres et plus grandes qu'au centre ville de Paris, l'arrêt de métro et bus juste en face, des restaurants en bas de l'hotel.

Convenable pour un cours séjour prix abordable. Le personnel à été très aimable et au petit soin je recommande l’endroit est propre merci au personnel

Good for a cheap place to stay a few nights. It’s near the metro, bus lines, and highway for easy access. It was clean and check in was somewhat easy.If booking during the summer, be aware there’s no AC and it get noisy when opening the window due to the transportation lines near by. Doesn’t ventilate that well, but they do provide a fan. The front staff was a bit rude and seemed a little lost when asked other questions (one elevator was broken and parking the car).There’s parking available underneath the building for 10€ a night. Just ask the front staff and be patient.

More or less fine, but I expected more. First of all, they modified my price without telling me - just bumped it up without explanations. That is unacceptable. Second, room was clean, but since I stayed for 8 days, had to clean it myself since no cleaning service was provided! Also garbage had to be disposed of by myself - unheard event at another hotel. Location was okay. Room was very hot, no A/C and no mosquito nets were available. Having in mind all of that, it was not worth it to book it for the price I paid. Not to even mention the small room size.

Résidence très bien tenue, très propre, excellent accueil.

Begginnig wasn't so great. My reservation made via booking was cancelled, because of the expired Visa. When I got information about that, immediately changed my card data for valid one (I got 24 hours to do that) and after like 5 minutes I've got cancellation info. It was a week and a half before my arrival and 'till then I was e-mailing with Appart Hotel crew. I finally got info that my reservation is made on arrival day. That was stresfull. Room was pretty tiny, there was even no space to keep two small suitcases open. Unfortunately in rooms you have almost only cold light, which is not very pleasant. So I would recommend change the lightbulbs.There are also the good parts:- clean rooms,- great location (just a few meters from underground station),- fast lift (we had room at floor 10th),- very pleasant crew.

Le bâtiment est neuf et propre. Son accès est sécurisé. Le studio que j’ai visité est fonctionnel et éclairé.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Paris in June on the 16th floor. Even though the hotel is quite new it surely misses some of the basics to be comfortable or value for money in our opinion. Let me start with the upsides: the location near the end of metro line 3 is good, within walking distance and the bed is fine (pillows not so much).The biggest downsides to us were the temperature in the room and the noise from the highway. First, the temperature in the room is not controllable and the room is not well ventilated. I would definitely discourage you to book this hotel during summer periods. For reference, we where there during nights of about 17 degrees but in the room it was more than 5 degrees warmer. Even though the door to the balcony was open during the whole night. Next to that, the building is also next to a highway where cars are driving constantly, also during night time. Lastly, and I read about this in some reviews, the temperature of the shower is not consistent. It goes from too hot to a bit cold every few minutes.So who is this hotel for? In my opinion this is a (just below) basic way to stay in Paris for a few nights. Maybe it's something for you if you're in a tight budget or as student. But if you're looking for a cozy typical stay in Paris I would recommend looking more central.

Room a bit small. Very small table, could not fit two plates to eat or a laptop to work on. Missed scissors and a washing up brush. Bathroom was smelly...Very friendly personal, English speaking. No cleaning in 5 day stay. Location good with shops close by and metro 3 to bring you to the centre of Paris in 15 minutes.

Chouettes chambres, néanmoins l'hygiène reste à revoir. Pas mal de poussière dans la chambre et salle de bain. L'eau de la douche change de température toute seule et devient brûlante d'une seconde à lautre puis redevient normale. Cela est assez désagréable. Hôtel très bien desservi.

Bon hôtel bien desservi. Chambre spacieuse et hier pour le p'tit déjeuner on à trouver un endroit superbe à 1 minutes derrière le bâtiment et ils viennent d'ouvrir. Le petit déjeuner à l'appart hôtel est à 9€ et pour moins que ça on a une bonne formule la bas c est le ELY HOUSE Bagnolet. Je vous le conseil pour les p'tites déjeuner brunch où repas et même à emporter dans la chambre. Au 8 rue Robespierre derrière.
