Hôtel agréable, chambre confortable. Superbes terrasses partagées sur les toits, accessibles au niveau 2 (niveau de la chambre) pour profiter de moments calmes quand le temps s'y prête... à côté des poules. Bar/Restaurant simple, efficace et agréable associé à l'hôtel.

We enjoyed the communal space for hotel, meetings, working, cafe etc. Nice atmosphere and helpful staff. The outdoor space of garden and roof terraces were a bonus.Comfortable room and bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons mangé ce midi au restaurant, service lamentable, d’une longueur infinie. Il faut sans cesse réclamer le pain, l’eau, alors que le restaurant était très peu fréquenté.La mousse au chocolat était complètement ratée et lorsque nous l’avons fait remarqué la serveuse nous a très désagréablement renvoyé vers la cuisine où le cuisinier n’a rien pu expliquer.Le cadre reste agréable, mais comme l’impression d’être pris pour des pigeons.

Accueil quelconque, dommage car établissement bien situé.Nous avons étés très déçu du petit déjeuner qui est a 16€.Un plateau repas avec des cannettes de bières par terre dans le couloir à notre arrivée vendredi après midi, et toujours présent samedi midi.Lors de notre départ hier, nous avons eu un à peine bonjour.Le numéro de la chambre? Vous avez un parking? Allez c’est bon pour moi.Très désagréable et décevant.

Very clean room, friendly staff and generally quiet area. The lights in the room were a bit too dark for us personally. We really liked the location, there was a lot to discover in the area and well walkable distance to metro. We would definitely come again, very good value for money.

4.5/5 Matched description, Uber was reasonable to get to everywhere we needed to, staff speaks English well, and the restaurant below is pretty nice. Younger crowd with social areas(bar by restaurant) that couples or solo travelers could mingle with. Wouldn’t recommend paying for the breakfast, there are cafes in walkable distance. During the day we explored around, but we were told at night it gets pretty sketchy, we avoided walking around the area at night. The room/bedding was clean and the shower had great running hot water, no vent in toilet stall. The room itself was quiet and no disturbances at night. Would 100% recommend a stay.

J'ai testé le restaurant et une déception complète. Les pizzas sans saveurs et sans profondeur. La crème de pistache de ma pizza s'est avérée être de simple pistache. Une mortadelle digne d'un super marché. Le service catastrophe une erreur quasiment à chaque commande. Et les prix ne sont pas à la hauteur.Le seul point positif le cadre.Je déconseille fortement

Pas si incroyable qu'il n'y paraît.Ma chambre sentait beaucoup trop le parfum, morceau de mur arraché, grosse tache sur le tapis, maxi araignée dans les rideaux, porte de douche qui fuit.. mais ça reste confortable.Pour la nourriture c'est loin d'être exceptionnel.Heureusement le service rattrape et la déco est sympa!

I am a huge fan of Phillipe Stark properties first ethically because they are often in wonderful underserved communities and create a culture of community and connection. There is always a social community lounge environment and a large open area. The rooms are like the Paramount Hotel, small but styled the lobby has an amazing pop-up gift shop but the neighborhood has a laundry, the train station, and an amazing bookstore cafe called Storyboard, around the corner. cafes and the famous flea markets within a short walking distance. I love it but it is an informal hotel, there are children playing in the yard and a hotel cat, but it is all French super cool people, and a chic vibe. LOVE IT

The location might be slightly out of the way, but there is a new metro line and getting to the city center is really easy. The neighborhood and hotel both have their own charm, and the room layout was very efficient and the hotel provided daily cleaning service…. So it was super nice coming back to the tidy room after long day of exploring the city. The outdoor common area is super fun to hang out in the evenings, and there is a famous Saturday flea market in Paris right around the corner.

Overall, this was an amazing hotel to stay at and I will go out of my way to come back here next time I am in Paris (or any of the places they look to be opening). The concept is wonderful with stylish and chic decor as well as great activities. This is definitely the place to stay for young professionals and style-conscious travellers aged 20-40. That is not to say it is only for young people: I stayed here with my parents and they also found it lovely for a handful of nights in Paris.Pros:- Impeccable style- Cool and helpful staff- Almost everything is easily accessible by metro and Uber/Bolt from the center is cheap- Lively neighbourhood. We did not feel unsafe- Reasonable underground parking (though be aware of the gate, it is not open very long when you try to get out so you basically need to be two people with one driving and one entering the code)- Fair pricing- Check-out at noon- Absolutely wonderful barCons:- Some rooms are tiny. There does not seem to be a price difference nor a choice between the tiniest rooms and the more reasonably-sized regular rooms.- We checked out on a Sunday around 11 am, which is expected to be a busy check-out time. Additionally, there had been a big Rugby World Cup game the night before so there were many people checking out. There was, however, only a single person at the desk. Combining this with many people apparently having small booking/payment issues, it meant standing in line for an unreasonable 30 minutes with guests getting very frustrated. This would have been so easily avoidable with just a little foresight.

Accueil très limite, l'employé semble très fatigué et ailleurs. Il se permet de payer la taxe de séjour avec ma carte bancaire en utilisant le sans contact sans mon accord. un peu bruyant, pas bien isolé. Des travaux de rénovation de chambre le matin, donc du bruit dans les couloirs. Étonné de voir les ouvrier en claquettes.

Chers voyageurs, chères voyageuses,J'ai déjà logé à plusieurs reprises dans cet hôtel car je devais être dans les environs pour le travail. Les chambres sont très petites et la nourriture assez moyenne cependant le personnel est d'une très grande gentillesse, de la gérante du restaurant toujours souriante au barman faisant des cocktails du tonnerre en passant par le veilleur de nuit qui est toujours disponible pour donner un coup de main, un certain Abhishek. L'hôtel a également une splendide terrasse et un parking ce qui est un très gros +.Bonne nuit chers amis.

Une magnifique découverte pour cet hôtel irréprochable. Tout en propreté, originalité et engagé dans le respect de l'environnement ! Accueil souriant et pro, bravo !Seul bémol, la porte de douche vitrée fermant les toilettes est vraiment très peu adaptée...Pour le restene changez rien !
