Friendly and patient towards me as well as towards my cat. Dedicated to their work. This deserves a five-star rating.

Our two cats are treated by both Dr Grünewald and Dr Waringo, it is easy to get an appointment (you can call or book online) and they are very flexible and accommodating as well. Our old cat had a recurring treatment for many years and we had to order medicines regularly, which was very easy, you can either send them an email or order through their website. We never had unnecessary treatment or procedures, but both Drs were very reactive when we needed a quick appointment or a quick solution. To cater for our old cat both Drs came by our house to avoid too much stress on her.We had to say goodbye to our old cat (17 years old), the Dr Grünewald came by our house to do the procedure, no rushing, it was done with a lot of care and in a very peaceful way, we also received all necessary explanations about the procedure and understood every steps. We can only recommend them.

Very good vet!I went there for an urgent matter and she helped my cat really good. Find out the cause of her distress and give her something against it. She explains everything really well and assures you and she was nice to my cat!

Dont go there if you love your pet! You are putting your loved friend in serious danger. This “veterinarian” does not only seem to hate pets but also looks at them like cashcows to be milked without any feeling. After operating my dog the vet sent us home. Shortly after that the hair of my pet began to fall out, it turned out he contracted an infection from the unsanitary conditions while getting operated. It was heartbreaking seeing him walk around without part of his fur since then. Horrible experience!

We’ve had a great experience at this vet clinic. The veterinarians are very friendly and professional. They are easy to reach by phone and always take the time to explain everything in detail.

Vet listens to owners, pets are treated with much respect, very clean.

This vet really does not care about your pet, it's like going to your general practitioner to quickly get some pills.They were very negative and rough to my pet and just gave some random antibiotic's injection, which did not helped at all AND was wrong as stated later by a REAL veterinary.After going to a real vet, it turned out there was a serious problem going on which should have been obvious to all specialists after a proper inspection!My pet DIED a few weeks later.. this could have been avoided if treated correctly from the beginning, so please AVOID this veterinary" if you like your pet."
