Ceux qui vous conseillent d'aller ailleurs ne sont jamais venu ici. C'est toujours un excellent service, rapide et surtout très clair. Tout est expliqué avant. Les diagnostics sont méticuleux et les devis absolument limpides.Un très très haut niveau de service pour un prix honnête et un excellent accueil.J'ai conseillé ce magasin à plusieurs amis et la plupart ont été bluffé par leur excellent rapport qualité prix. Au Luxembourg ça devient une adresse incontournable pour l'informatique. Réparations d'ordi de téléphone ou configuration hardware pour PC à haute performance, ils sont bon absolument partout.A chaque fois ils m'ont également surpris par la rapidité du service. Des vrais bons professionnels qui connaissent bien leur métier et le font avec goût.

Accueil correcte lors du dépôt du pc mais lorsque, après avoir récupéré mon pc, j'ai dû retourner au magasin parce sur les 6 ports USB, il y en avait 4 qui continuaient à ne pas fonctionner correctement, le propriétaire était tout de suite sur la défensive et m'a déclaré d'emblée sur un ton arrogant et offensif qu'il avait fait sont travail et que s'il y avait encore des problèmes alors cela devait tenir à moi (!?). Refus net de sa part de re-examiner le pc. Je vous épargne les détails mais si vous appréciez vous faire agresser injustement alors vous n'allez pas être déçu des comportements odieux du propriétaire et de son assistante.

Je suis très satisfait avec eux, réparation effectué en 30 minutes. Et ce que j'aime chez eux c'est qu'à chaque fois ils nous donne toujours des petits conseilles pour nous facilité la vie, que ce sois por l'iPhone ou même pour les ordinateurs. Je recomende à bientôt

Sans aucun doute le meilleur endroit réparable au Luxembourg, un service parfait, personnel accueillant et une garantie sur mon Samsung S10 +, mon ordinateur est niquel avec une rapidité excelente, je recommande cette entreprise à 100% et de ne pas avoir une mauvaise surprise ailleurs. Une entreprise vraiment sympa et intègre. Les prix sont supers raisonnables, ils sont rapides et honnêtes. Du café s'était renversé (oui, oui, tout seul) sur notre Mac, sur lequel nous créons nos vidéos. Ils n'ont pas pu le réparer car trop vieux mais ils ont pu le rallumer et nous avons pu récupérer TOUS nos fichiers. Encore mille mercis pour cela, et la jeune femme à l'accueil est gentille comme tout, et serviable. On recommande.

The guys from Pc Express came to install a complete Google WiFi network in my house, despite the challenges the design of my house gave them :-) they were able to work through the issues to give me excellent WiFi coverage throughout the house. I found them to be very professional and would highly recommend them.

Last year, due to a reboot loop/blue screen problem (apparently bios related), I took my MSI laptop to this place. They took it, and the next day, called me that it was not possible to fix it. I could not get a satisfying answer on the phone and went there to pick it up. The staff there, a man, visibly offended, asked me why 'I did not tell them that the laptop was opened before'. When I told him that nobody asked me if the laptop was opened before (it was because a fan had to be changed earlier), said that they won't or can't fix it. When I asked, he said that because it was opened, they won't even attempt it. In a brash way, he also told me that there was a battery problem. All this with an attitude clearly offended that I even dared to bring a laptop in such shape - if it worked and was in good shape, of course, I would not be there in the first place. Without getting a reasonable explanation as to why a laptop, which happens to have been to maintenance before (therefore opened) could not be fixed. Not only did they not fix it, I was charged a service fee and sent off in a very rude manner. I could not even get a prognosis or any clue as to what the problem may be. Worried about such a reaction again elsewhere and having to pay another 30-40 Euros for nothing, I just kept the laptop at home and substituted it with another one, hoping that I would go to my home country and try it there. I ended up going back only a year after. The laptop was basically paperweight for that whole year. As I was visiting home (Istanbul) a couple of months ago, after a year since I had that experience here, I took it a PC shop and they fixed it in literally 20 minutes. Battery was changed too. No problem, it works perfectly. I see a lot of people have good experiences here, mine was rude and inefficient with absolutely horrible communication.

A su m'expliquer sur place ce que je devais faire afin de résoudre mon problème à domicile, parce que je n'avais pas pri mon ordinateur avec moi. Il m'a encore donné d'autres conseils supplémentaires.J'ai réussi à tout suivre à la lettre à part une chose et ils étaient très réactif par email.Je ne eux que recommander.
