Ne tiens pas ses engagements quant aux informations concernant un bien à la vente .Nous attendions son mail et les renseignements que cette personne devait nous communiquer depuis un mois .? Mais en vain.Apparemment ? ne souhaite pas vendre . Bizarre pour une agence . et dommage car nous avons trouvé ailleurs .

We have been extremely impressed by Alice Loftie and the agency generally (lovely staff). She is totally professional. She addressed all and any enquiries, and went the extra mile to get answers, including, just by way of example, making enquiries with the Mairie about an alternative access to the house we were interested in, and exploring structural aspects to see if alterations we had in mind would be feasible. We never felt rushed or pressured when viewing, and Alice was always very happy to discuss our ideas in a helpful and constructive way. All the more impressive, given our budget was relatively modest, and her commission therefore relatively unexciting. As I am someone with barely enhanced school boy French being able to converse in English was an added bonus. Thoroughly recommend.
