The work he did didn't last. He rushed to do it and it wasn't good, so I needed to rectify with another dentist months after.

Ce qui a été fait est entièrement à refaire, alors certes le prix est bas, mais c'est du bon marché qui coûte cher. Et c'est sans mentionner le contact, qui n'est pas sympathique, voire condescendant. Nous y étions toute la famille, et il nous a tous lassés, on a tous changé.

Très condescendant et pas ouvert aux questions. Consultation expéditive et désagréable. J'aurais voulu mettre moins qu'une étoile

He put crowns on to my two teeth, which did look and feel anatomical. He just didn't listen my complaint and charged a couple of thousands euros. Now, I have problems with my gums (crown was sitting two deep, causing inflammation of my gums over years). Moreover, two crowns were connected on top for no reason (perhaps, it was easy for the dentist). Now, I need to have that corrected by removing and replacing the crowns for 3,500 chf (I would better do that in Geneva).That time I advised my wife to see this dentist office, as it is close to our place. She had cleaning, which she was not happy about, compared to what she got from Geneva and our home country many times. Then the dentist told her those dots were impossible to remove (she got that cleaned in Geneva afterwards though). Dr Delalande then told my wife that she needs a treatment of a deep decay with putting a crown for above 2,000 EUR. We were not in a hurry and decided to get the second opinion from a doctor we trusted in our country, who told her that was a minor superficial decay with no need to put a crown, destroying a normal the tooth. She got that treated in our home country even with no anesthesia quickly and she has no problem with that tooth up to now. Did Dr Delalande want to make additional money by charging us >€2,000 for no reason?! That is unethical!We stopped going to M Delalande and do NOT recommend him anyone!

Expérience mitigée. Visite expéditive avec le dentiste, moins de 3 minutes sur le fauteuil, où quand vous posez des questions sur vos gencives, on vous répond clairement que c'est un manque d'hygiène (je précise que je n'ai jamais eu un seul problème avec mes dents). Les questions ne sont pas vraiment les bienvenues. On m'a conseillée d'utiliser une brosse à dents électrique, tout l'inverse de ce que m'a dit un autre dentiste il y a 3 semaines, étant donné mes gencives sensibles. Allez comprendre ! Heureusement que l'assistante m'a donnée plus d'explications de retour à la réception.Ne conseille pas.

Attention ! J ai dû faire revoir tout les soins effectué chez lui. Maintenant je dois faire recours à de la chirurgie dentaire... 1 étoile c'est bien gentil, navré.
