Le Jasmin is a tiny, authentic Chinese canteen open Monday- Thursday just for lunch. It is a labor of love by the owner/chef, a native of Chengdu. Her dream is to share the richness and variety of Chinese cuisine with her fellow Uzétians. Small menu that changes frequently to showcase foods from different regions. A fantastic chef, Ping Ping makes all of the food (including incredibly flavourful broths) herself, and rolls all of the dumplings herself by hand. Fresh, healthy ingredients prepared with love. A true delight and a gift to Uzès.

A very special place…intimate, lovely decor (the owner handpicked and shipped everything from China), real Chinese dishes which are delicious, my new favorite in Uzès.

Un petit bout de Chine en ville d'Uzès.Restaurant très accueillant offrant une véritable cuisine chinoise, fait maison par la sympathique tenancière, Ping-Ping.On y mange une cuisine simple et d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix.Je me suis régalé de cette cuisine authentique et très différente de ce qu'offre un restaurant chinois standard.A essayer absolument, même si j'aurais tendance à garder cette adresse juste pour moi, car il y a très peu de tables dans ce petit coin de Chine très dépaysant.
