Well connected to London, and plenty of places to grab a bite or souvenirs, and looked quite pretty at night. Quite clean too.

Well located train station in Paris. Direct train from London on the Eurostar.Hosts a range of restaurants, convenience stores and clothing & beauty shops. The staff are multilingual and super helpful if you’re lost, like I was, and need help.Also home to the subway, which I took to get out of town and rode to the airport (there are Express and longer trains, so take care to plan ahead).

Impossible de sortir de la gare sans ticket de métro. Je sors d'un train, je n'ai donc qu'un billet de train SNCF. Je demande à un employé il vous faut un ticket monsieur". Donc 2 euros 10 pour pouvoir sortir de la gare. C'est une plaisanterie ?"

Beautiful building, part old historical, partly postmodern, both I like a lot. So much care is in the place with benchies for recharging. It is super important! If you want to smoke out on the street near Gare Du Nord, be careful, a lot of gangsters there.

Station is ok organised - minus the HORRENDOUS and INEFFICIENT immigration stations for Eurostar - but the area is very dodgy. Taxi rank queue difficult to crack too
