Dr Henri Sarmadi - Dentiste Ixelles

We booked an appointment at 11:30, but doctor could not start working until 12:40 as not all doctors came to work... , which was not a patient's problem! So doctor was running between 3 patients, it was a full mess. When we mentioned it, he became very rude. Instead of apologizing AT LEAST, just said us to leave. It's impolite, definitely won't come back. No respect towards patients' time. Do not recommend

I give 2 starts just because the dental office was modern and the dentist was very polite.I paid 119 euros for an oral examination of 2 minutes!!!! I did NOTHING special like dental cleaning, orthodontics or denervation. He just examined my teeth for 2 minutes and that was it! I paid 119 euros for 2 minutes of service because I have no insurance!I don't know how they didn't feel ashamed to charge a service of 2 minutes that much.. but definitely I do not feel comfortable to visit again the doctor even if he might be the best one in the world.If he would perform even a simple dental cleaning I wouldn't mind for this price..but charging someone for doing really NOTHING...that is ridiculous!Sorry but you need to change your minimum cost of service!

The dental treatment was not easy, but really well-deserved performed by the lady from Czech Republic. I was happy how carefully and professional she worked. I can highly recommend the whole team.
