I absolutely love the lady working at this shop! Thank you so much for saving the day for us!! You are both a savvy tailor and a sweetheart with a mothers heart! Merci!!!Story: I came to Paris with my wife for 20th anniversary and Tuesday night we had a fancy formal river dinner. I left my dress pants on the foot of the bed at home a week earlier when leaving so the only Big and Tall shop in Paris was my only hope of salvaging the river cruise. One rushed taxi trip to this location later and this wonderful soul at the shop helped me find the perfect suit!!!The suit made me look sharp and the dinner was as amazing as my wife dreamed it would be. Thank you so much for saving the day! You are my favorite person in all of France and my only regret is that I didn’t catch your name before running out to the taxi. That said, any other big and tall fellas looking for a suit, please visit this place.Merci and best wishes to you madame.Ryan (the big bald guy w/his wonderful wife)

I came to Paris without enough warm clothes for my trip… and it’s hard to find nice clothes for big guys in a city where everyone is very small. The staff was so helpful and quickly helped me get warm and look good. Thank you so much!!!

The proprietress of this shop is an expert at customer service. I had one of the best shopping experiences of my life in this store! I can't recommend this place highly enough. Great selection; the owner was able to determine my size at a glance; she knows the characteristics and fit of each brand she sells; and she does alterations in house, overnight! I left with a great suit, a pair of trousers, two shirts - and some small gifts that the owner offered as a token of her appreciation for my business. Men's shops in the US should operate this way!!! If you are a big guy who likes nice clothes and you are in Paris, this is the place to go. Thank you Mr. Big XXXXXL!!!

Horrible horrible horrible experience. I would seriously stay away from this business. As states in other reviews the man who is running it is extremely rude, fat shames, treats the customers as an inconvenience. I brought someone with the intent of buying the whole store out and the customer service was so bad we left. People like you make this city look bad.

Shopping as a plus sized person is already difficult enough, being treated with fat phobia and disregard only makes it work. Dont come here unless you want to be treated like another dumb fat american. Total disregard for their clientele.
