Boulangerie Bakery (cacher)

Patron très cool et très sympa (Barouh Ouaknin). Service propre et rapide. Je recommande.

Assortiment de petits fours salés excellents, frais et biens réalisés ; un grand + pour les fricassés qui ont ma préférence. Le gâteau anniversaire au chocolat avec base croquante amande est succulent.Mes invités ont été ravis. Je recommande vivement.

I would probably rate it 3 stars but in light of the outstanding 4.5 stars rating as at the time i am posting, i take one off for the disappointment.The baguette is hardly better than that you find in a supermarket. The pains au chocolat are ok, but are not cooked enough, and lack a bit of crisp on the outside and airy-fluffy feeling in the inside. Same for the croissants.Posted end of July, maybe the usual baker was away on holidays... No idea, but i would not recommend it.
