Restaurant Clover Saint-Germain
Excellent restaurant, menu dégustation végétarien très fin. Chaque plat associe des ingrédients simples et de saison, mais avec originalité et harmonie jusque dans les assaisonnements.L'espace est exigu mais cela permet une disposition originale tout en longueur, avec vue sur les cuisines et les cuisiniers en action.Prix un peu élevés, mais cela en vaut la peine.

A very disappointing experience.The restaurant offers a 4 course or 5 course menu, both are vegetarian, and for an additional 10 euros you can add fish or meat to one of the dishes. We took 2 of the 4 course menues and added one meat and one fish. Both arrived on top of hardly cooked vegetables (same vegetables for both fish anf meat). Both the meat and the fish fill like they wern't cooked with the vegetables but added to the dish later, and didn't feel part of the dish at all. The fish was undercooked.For the other dishes - we started with a colliflower soup served with an ice cream (!), it didn't mesh together all that well, but at least showed ambition. Then we recieved a ravioli dish which was terrible - if I didn't know better I would say it was store bought, they were too sweet, and with no other flavors to balance that sweetness.All in all the restaurant is well designed, the staff were nice, but the food is far below what you would expect at this kind of restaurant and for this price. We had much better meals in Paris for less the price.

Petit restaurant très bien décoré, repas excellent. LUne partie des cuisines est face à nous. On voit Les cuisiniers et serveurs en actions ce qui est très sympa. À réserver car très peu de tables.

Belle adresse conviviale, coup de cœur pour les entrées à partager qui étaient excellentes ! Les pâtes étaient gourmandes aussi. Service très sympathique.

Minimalist, beautiful presentation, and the main dish (we had the white tuna) was delicious. The entrées were pretty but not really special. Nonetheless it was a nice experience.

Très bel endroit, cosy mais un poil petit. Les cuisines sont vraiment dans la salle.Assortiment de 6 assiettes toutes parfaitement réalisées et surprenantes! Bravo!

Restaurant que je conseille à toute personne aimant une cuisine raffinée et originale.Le lieu en lui même est très petit (20 couverts max), ce qui a des avantages et des inconvénients : on vit" ce que font les cuisiniers

One of the best lunch experiences here. Loved the concept of a small choice of freshly prepared dishes. Come with time on your hands. You can watch the chef prepare everything from scratch.The service is lovely and professional. The food was sensational- from starter to dessert ( & especially the amuse bouche!)
