HAPPY SKI - LOCATION SKI MERIBEL CENTRE

I booked skis here with Alpinresorts for my teenage kids. Top of the range all mountain, after being allocated the skis and going to pay the balance the owner suddenly complained that the skis given were too good. The skis were battered Black Crows, it was the end of the season and they had been well used, he then took these away and gave a crappy pair instead, saying that Alpinresorts were ripping him off taking 39% of an already low price. I understand that he does not make much money on this but that should not be my problem. He then gave me a discount code should I wish to rent anything direct etc, I came back a couple of days later to get my own skis waxed/edged (2 pairs) they would give no discount on the code or any discount for 2 pairs vs one and the the price quoted was very expensive. I did not give them my business. Rather than Happy Ski this should be Grumpy ski, the worst & rudest Ski shop I have ever been in in over 30 years of skiing. DO NOT USE THEM there are lots of alternatives.
