FYI - have not heard a word from them 5 months after they replied to my review.I think that makes my point..The machine doesn't work most of the days, and the customer services doesn't exist.I was double charged. Emailed them as they suggested. They don't even reply.Don't park here..

Une honte ! Fuyez ce parking, nous n avons pas pu en sortir pendant près de 2 heures les codes ne fonctionnaient pas ni le numéro de téléphone! Payer 90€ il faut un minimum de service : Catastrophique aucun service client … fuyez !

This garage will charge you more than advertised and blame it on the malfunctioning software. The staff is unhelpful and will not try to help you solve your issue. They say it’s not up to them and you can either pay the difference or be stuck in the garage. Terrible experience

Une catastrophe !! L’accueil du parking n’est pas à la hauteur d’une station comme Tignes. Les hauteurs affichées ne sont pas respectées. 20min pour rentrer malgré un abonné pas donné d’une semaine. Pour la sortie pareille, 15min pour sortir, qd on ne sait pas ouvrir des barrières on ne gère pas un parking !!! Gestion nulle qui donne un mauvaise impression en partant.

Impossible d avoir des informations par téléphone, le numéro n'est pas attribué.L'application annonce complet, comment faire à part se pointer sans être certain d avoir une place?! Pas hyper agréable...

Klachtenmail gestuurd naar de klantendienst zonder reactie. Gebeld naar deze parking zelf en daar zijn ze heel onvriendelijk en niet bereid om te helpen. Je hebt al een mail gestuurd? waarom bel je dan?" Wij betaalden per ongeluk dubbel (vreemd dat dit zelf kan!). Ik betaalde bij aankomst 100 euro voor een 7-dagen verblijf. Mijn man betaalde dit -in de veronderstelling dat ik nog niet had betaald- bij weggaan nog eens. Alle bewijzen doorgemaild maar na 10 dagen nog geen reactie.Graag een correct e-mailadres waar ik dit nogmaals naartoe kan sturen en waar reactie op zal komen."

Grand parking certes, … mais un peu biscornu pour la circulation. Angles droits un peu de partout ce qui ne facilite pas la circulation.

Des places en été et gratuit mais je met 2 étoiles pour le parking, très étroit. Si vous avez une grosse voiture évitez a tout pris ! Sinon vous passerez pas et les virages sont étroit, place pas immense.
