Un séjour parfait dans un havre de paix rénové et décoré avec goût. Les hôtes Richard et Mélanie sont d'une gentillesse et d'une bienveillance extraordinaire, ils ont pris soin de nous comme si nous étions de la famille.Les repas sont également incontournables avec des produits locaux mis en valeur par un chef talentueux.Richard, Mélanie, nous ne voulions pas partir tout simplement ! :) à bientôtYvain, Daphnée (et les jumeaux)

From arrival you are greeted with warmth and cared for throughout. There is so much attention to detail in the house, its incredible menu and the facilities which include a Yoga and Pilates studio. The rooms are beautiful and the house full of history and charm. My four day wellness break was absolutely wonderful. Not only do I feel calm but also stronger from our tailor made daily exercise plan. Each meal was nutritionally balanced and exquisitely presented, lots of pictures were taken at every meal time! I honestly can not say enough about this fabulous place and certainly can't wait to come back.

What a wonderful wellness escape. The combination of yoga & pilates was a dynamic blend of stretch and strength & personal growth.A guided hike in the Pyrenees was an incredible challenge and amazing experience complete with a mountain top swim & picnic.Melanie, Richard & Frankie deliver nurturing food and ambience in a beautiful tranquil environment.Our rooms provided a scented sanctuary for peaceful rest and sleep, our meals were a flavorful and delicious treat and I returned home with a feeling of health, vitality & wellbeing.We are already planning our return.

Mélanie est une professeur de pilates très professionnelle avec une grande expérience du corps et du pilates. Elle est complètement investie pour vous faire progresser rapidement et efficacement et pour rien gâcher, elle est est toujours souriante et disponible. Sa salle de sport est parfaite avec du matériel de pointe et une vue très agréable. Le Must dans l'Ariège !

Séjour très agréable, une cuisine succulente, un petit déjeuner copieux, cadre chaleureux, détente assurée !

Magnifique endroit. Les cours de pilate sont d'une extrême qualité. Professeure très à l'écoute, motivante et progression assurée.

What a gem! Beautifully renovated property with fantastic food, facilities and hosts. We were here as a couple for two nights and would love to come back, either together or in a larger group for a wellness experience.
