A place that I visited 3 days ago, has a good macaroon with rasberries, I also tried a traditional tea which tasted really nice. Other than food, service is not that good. Parts of the bakery is mixed and if you never been in there before you most definitely find it difficult. You have to rise the level of your voice just to be heard. Another problem was cashier or any other staf do not speak english.

Déjà Bonjour!! C’est la moindre des choses quand on accueille des clients.Hésitante entre plusieurs boulangeries pour le petit déjeuner, j'ai décidé de tester la fameuse boulangerie Kayser.Chocolat chaud tiède à la limite du froid à boire en 10 secondes pour profiter du peu de chaleur qu’il lui reste et une brioche nature, très bonne certes, mais le tout reste hors de prix…Mauvaise idée d’avoir mis une vitre devant la cuisine où sont préparés les sandwich, on peut malheureusement avoir un aperçu de l’hygiène avec un personnel qui travaille sans gants..

My croissant was pas mal! It was hearty and flaky, and not soggy or humid; even though I carried it around all day before eating it. I would have preferred a crunchier outside, but because I got the croissant later in the day it could be the temperature that made it taste different. Overall a nice experience!!!

6 euros un café frappé ?? Sans sirop sans chantilly sans lait ?? Oui parce que pour rajouter un sirop c’est 1 euros de plus et le lait c’est 2 euros il me semble. Un peu abusé le prix franchement..Si vous voulez un café avec ou sans petits plus allez au Starbucks juste à côté c’est moins cher !Le brownie est bien mais très très sucré.

C'est pas possible une telle organisation de la file d'attente!! Une grande surface de vente mais les 2/3 perdue. 1/3 consacrée au service et à l'attente aux caisses. Donc énorme bazar dans la file d'attente, empoignade verbale avec ceux qui en profitent pour resquiller des places. Le clou de ce samedi, le client devant qui se mêle de défendre le client en train de doubler derrière lui!! Lui-même monopolisant la seule caisse depuis 10 mn. Parce qu'il y a une dizaine d'employées mais ... 1 caisse ouverte et tout le reste du personnel à se balader dans le magasin, les bras ballants en train de regarder les autres ...

Le brownie était très bon et le café était bon.En arrivant il n’y avait pas de queue ni rien qui indiquait ou se présenter pour passer commande et la récupérer.Malgré ce problème d’organisation, j’ai passé un bon moment dans cette boulangerie qui a un étage et qui permet donc de se poser sur place.

Amazing patisserie and worth the wait in line which is consistently there but it is a small place and the line moves quickly. The staff are super friendly and the food is sublime. The baguettes with ham and cheese is to die for and the eclairs are magnificant.

On their page and google reviews, it says they have gluten free bread. I had a difficult time finding places that had really good gluten free options so I was very excited! There was a line out the door and the space inside was very cramped. It didn’t have any flow or method to how people stood or which “line” they got into because 3 cashiers were working and yet guests were standing around inside looking at the baked goods and pastries. They also had a dining area with to go breakfast and lunch options. I didn’t notice much indoor seating and yet they had a few tables outside. Once I got up to the line, I was told they hadn’t had gluten free bread for a few days and that was disappointing. I got a pastry and yet everything they had was with gluten so I tried it (since I’m just sensitive and not fully allergic to gluten). It was quite good and tasteful.

Organisation de bras cassés. La prise de commande se fait dans un bazar complet et le service est super lent (30min d’attente pour un café). Les employés se marchent sur les pieds et non pas l’air très futés. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Très bonne boulangerie au cœur de paris, bien développée et aménagée. Bel intérieur, propre et fonctionnel. La Terrasse est sympa, surtout en été. Y’a beaucoup de choix et le coin boulangerie est très appétissant. Gros gros coup de cœur pour leurs cannelés !!

J’ai commandé un plat du jour à emporter. Le poisson (Cabillaud) était sec avec une odeur nauséabonde. Je n’ai mangé que les légumes qui étaient bons mais gras.

This place is very nice. We had espressos, chocolate bread and a walnut chocolate chip cookie. The bread was a bit hard, we went around 5:30pm, probably because it’s towards the end of the day. The espressos and cookie were great. Worth a stop, I suggest going earlier in the day.

Nous sommes venus prendre un goûter tardif vers 18h.2 chocolats chauds et 2 flans, sur place soit une addition de 17€.Légèrement excessif au regard de la quantité servie.En effet, le chocolat est servi dans une tasse de café allongé.Et le flan bien que bon est assez petit.Nous avons mangé à l’étage, l’endroit est assez agréable mais nécessiterait un nettoyage de tables plus régulier entre deux clients.Concernant le service, une amabilité assez robotique de l’équipe en général pour ne pas dire une certaine indifférence qu’on se doit de noter.
