I ordered 60 logs from Betemps Bois. They delivered late without any communication whatsoever and not the expected grade. The wood was explicitly ordered to construct a log home. I received logs which were damaged, 25% heavily damaged: first by the harvester, then by lying around in the forest for a considerable amoun of time. I wonder how that goes along with the know-how" and the "we do this since four generations". I know few people who like wood who sell stuff like that without flinching. "We are an industrial supplier" was the answer of Betemps when I complained - as if "industry" was happy with bad quality. The low grade delivered implies additional workload of at least 30 minutes per log
