The visit to the cellar was interesting. Learning about Widow Clicquot was very enlightening. I think since you have to be a certain age to visit the website, that same age limit should apply to visitors to the cellar. We had a sweet little girl on our tour. The guide did a wonderful job accommodating her but you can tell she felt out of place.The tour was straight and to the point. We were lucky enough to taste a 6 year champagne and I now know the proper way to remove the cork on the champagne bottle

Veuve Clicquot is a must visit Champagne house! We had an amazing tasting and cheese pairing experience with cave tour! We were able to shop and have lunch at the adorable restaurant!! The customer service is wonderful!

I was worried at first. It’s very commercial on the surface and the general tasting area is down by the toilets. Not very glamorous and very busy. But the slightly more expensive tour gives you a bit of space and the tastings is in the caves. Really recommend upgrading!

A good wine tour that primes your senses and then a great cheese and wine tasting in the caves. A bit chilly so bring a jacket if you're sensitive. Highly recommend the prestige tasting!

This was my second champagne tasting experience. The cellar tour was good. The big disappointment was tasting at the end of the tour. Almost everyone in my group had dirty / used champagne glasses set neatly at their table. It was awful, to see finger and lip stains on these glasses meant for the tasting experience. Our guide got it changed but the quality meant to be experienced had already been ruined.

Très décevant. Honteux pour le prix. La dégustation (limitée à un seul verre de moins de 10cl) se fait dans un décor qui n est pas du tout à la hauteur du prestige de la maison et donnant sur des sanitaires malodorants. Arnaque touristes

Super expérience, notre guide nous faisait vivre la visite à 200%. Nous avons appris énormément sur la maison CLICQUOT et nous avons pu déguster 4 différentes coupes. Possibilité de goûter certains Champagne au bar/restaurant après la visite. Une chanteuse était présente pour animer l’après midi. Seul petit point négatif, le restaurant ne voulait plus nous faire d’Hamburger alors que nous n’avions pas dépassé l’horaire écrit sur la carte.

Une expérience INCROYABLE ❤️.Pour commencer : Le café => Du manager au serveurs en passant par le champagne, tout était excellent (mention spéciale pour les frites épicées maison)La réception => Rien d'exceptionnel mais l'hôtesse a été tellement bienveillante et sympathique que je devais la mentionnée.Et pour finir la boutique => Très bon acceuil et recommendations de plats par les vendeurs pour apprécier encore plus nos champagnes

Visited the famed Veuve Clicquot Cellars and came away with mixed feelings. Undoubtedly, the quarries underneath are a sight to behold, and the chalky environment maintaining the perfect humidity and freshness for the countless bottles is impressive. Tasting the champagne was a delightful experience. However, one can't shake off the feeling that much of its allure comes from pure marketing mastery. It might seem overrated for those looking beyond the brand's sheen. If you're in the area, I'd recommend taking a detour to explore other, possibly less-commercialized houses for a broader perspective. Overall, three stars

Great place to visit for a champagne experience in Reims. We tried 4 different tastes during the tour, and recommended to have tickets in advance. Also has a nice cafe outside if the weather is nice

We visited for my girlfriends special birthday. It was a brilliant experience. The tone was set by the security guard when we arrived, he was super helpful and very courteous. The guided tour, the cafe and the boutique were superb and the staff were so helpful. The manager was very presentable and made sure our visit was as good as it could have been. Thank you so much.

Très bonne expérience.Le personnel est très agréable et la visite des caves est un incontournable + la dégustation de 4 champagnes !Ensuite côté café, très agréable également peut-être un peu cher côté nourriture et verre de champagne mais cela vaut le coup !Passage par la boutique obligatoire !Je conseille la réservation pour la visite des caves ainsi qu'un petit gilet car il y fait entre 10 et 12 degrés.

Restauration :Pour 13 euros vous aurez un verre à peine rempli. Et ça c'est pas cool, car ce n'est pas ce qui manque le champagne sur cette terrasse. Il ne faut pas confondre dégustation et verre payé à table. Dommage d'être aussi pingre là dessus et ne pas un peu plus remplir le verre en patientant 4 secondes que la mousse disparaisse.Pour 20 euros vous mangerez un bon burger accompagné d'une bonne salade.Le tout avec un service assez professionnel.
