Résidence étudiante Studefi - Sequana

J'ai passé 4 merveilleuses années dans cette résidence ! C'est propre et les chambres sont parfaitement bien agencées avec un rapport/qualité prix imbattable dans la région parisienne !La regisseuse est géniale et un grand merci à elle de toujours avoir été là !

DON'T STAY THERE IF YOU DON'T SPEAK FRENCHThe place is modern and clean, the people are very nice but the Manager Mme Agnes is one of the most terrible things in this residence, she is not that friendly with foreigners, most of foreigner and Erasmus students got troubles with her, with French students she was very nice but when they tried to help us to communicate with her she was angry at them.I spent a year in this beautiful place, but the administration was always absent & always making troubles just to prove that she had control without doing any small effort to understand, after 18 months of leaving this place, I asked for my deposit, the answer was **** knowing that I have the paper that I left everything in a perfect situation and all was paid.-----------------------------L'endroit est moderne et propre, les gens sont très sympathiques mais la directrice Mme Agnes est les plus terribles dans cette résidence, elle n'est pas très amicale avec les étrangers, la plupart des étudiants étrangers et Erasmus ont des problèmes avec elle, avec les étudiants français elle était très gentille mais quand ils ont essayé de nous aider à communiquer avec elle, elle était en colère contre eux.J'ai passé un an dans ce bel endroit, mais l'administration était toujours absente et faisait toujours des problèmes juste pour prouver qu'elle avait le contrôle sans faire le moindre effort pour comprendre, après 18 mois de quitter cet endroit, j'ai demandé mon dépôt, la réponse était **** sachant que j'avais le papier que j'avais tout laissé dans une situation parfaite et tout était payé.

Je recommande.La réservation est rapide, le régisseur est avenant (quoique souvent absent), les appartements sont en très bon état et le cadre aussi est super !

Cheap for Paris, but the only good thing about it is the housekeeper...The city is 1 hour away as the metro is also a bigger walk, and it is nearly impossible to live there if you dont speak french!Very few laundry machines that are 3 euro/wash.They were very rude when I tried to book the place and I had to pay my whole half year at once, no monthly rent.The room on the 5th floor was incredibly poorly organized. Huge bathroom but tiny living space. The smoke detector above the kitchen, the bed only fits if it blocks a big space or prevents the balcony door from opening.Try to find an other place and make this your last option because it is a lot of hassle for poor results.
