Yoga Lounge Bournemouth

I have signed up for the introductory offer and I am so so glad that I did ! The studio is amazing and the people are wonderful. What is even better is that they have great student prices, brilliant for uni students who want to look after their mental and physical health on a budget. I can recommend it for any anxious future yogis. 5 stars hands down. I was so scared that people might be judgmental towards somebody with different abilities and a larger body but everyone was so friendly and zen that I didn’t feel out of place for a second !! The facilities are fantastic with lots of large yoga studios and clean loos and changing rooms. They even have a studio just for aerial yoga which is so unique.

Yoga Lounge is simply the best! The teachers are top-notch, the staff is friendly, and the overall vibe is amazing. I feel my very best with my friends and family at Yoga Lounge!

Finally got back to yoga after a 2 week break due to being out of town. What better way to restart my routine and kick start my weekend than with an excellent session with Karla this morning. She has delivered the class so many times yet she has such enthusiasm each time like it’s the first time. She knows all of us in the class and is so positive and her little minor corrections are one of the greatest benefits of this class.The whole team at the lounge are excellent and have an uplifting and encouraging manner that makes you want to keep coming back time and time again. Keep up the excellent work.

This is the best yoga studio I have ever been too. They have everything. The instructors are phenomenal, they are coronavirus safe and accomodating - online classes and in studio.I thought yoga was just something my mum did but honestly it's not an integral part of my life. I am so much stronger emotionally and physically and that comes from the lounge.It's the best exercise space I've ever found and the nicest people.I cannot recommend highly enough

I signed for introductory period and I am very happy with the classes offered. They teachers are great, classes are challenging but you are reminded at all times not to push yourself, take time at listen to your body.

My favorite yoga studio by far!! I absolutely love the variety of classes, at a range of times, and they all always cater to varying levels of yogability!! Fierce Grace on Thursday mornings nourishes my soul like nothing else. The team are extremely friendly, kind, and helpful! The studios are always clean, as are the changing rooms. Getting the 10 class pass makes it so affordable with the flexibility and accessibility of different classes. I'm so grateful to have found this gem!!

What a wonderful environment to go to.The staff are very friendly and helpful as are the fellow students.Having been to other studios the facilities and standards are excellent in comparison.I choose to practice hot yoga for which I find physically challenging but hugely rewarding.The teachers all have their own style of teaching for which you gain benefits from all.I notice from previous reviews criticism to one teacher Richie in particular whose remarks I could not wholeheartedly disagree with more.He challenges and pushes you so you gain the most from your Yoga experience and very much cares and encourages about your practice. It is a style I gain from the most from and has helped me to improve in mind and bodyWell done to all involved for their dedication and commitment to making the studio a great place to improve your well being
