Found a wasp nest over the weekend. Called on Monday, got a call back on Tuesday to arrange a visit, and a guy was here on Wednesday morning to spray them. Very nice and friendly, with excellent English (the first one to answer the phone only spoke French, but found a colleague who could understand). The offer of returning the next day to spray any remaining wasps was not needed, but appreciated. After 48h it seemed that all wasps had gone, and 1 week later, I was able to safely remove the nest. Excellent service all round.
