Super accueil

We had a very bad experience here. We wanted to make an appointment to take care of some things with CPAM. On the internet is says that you need to make an appointment to be able to do that and we were told the same thing at the pharmacy.The lady at the mairie that we spoke to told us that they don't offer that service anymore for quite some time. When we asked why it says on the official websites that it's possible to do what we wanted she just said that we need to go to Tulle to take care of it... There was even a folder on their desk saying that they offer the service!The woman even went as far as to say that the carte vitale" is only for French people and not for foreigners. We have no idea where she got that idea from since officially a "carte vitale" is available for every person residing in France after three months
