Evergreen Laurel Hôtel (Paris)

The rooms are huge. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Coffee station was provided. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast selection was amazing. Cannot comment too much on the location as we used our tours coach, what I can however say is that it is not very near to the main attractions. The metro station is very close to the hotel.Clean. Well equipped.

Chambre spacieuse hotel vieillot mais luxueux, service d'étage zero, discute dans les couloirs a 6h30 du matin, entre dans la chambre a 07h30 du matin alors que je dors encore, allume la lumière et en s’apercevant que je suis encore la repart sans éteindre la lumière !!!

J'ai eu l'occasion d'y séjourner pour une formation, très bel hôtel.L'accueil téléphonique est rapide et efficace autant que réception.Ma chambre était spacieuse, la climatisation était un peu sonore.Le petit déjeuner est garni et diversifié.La démarche de l'hôtel est tourné vers l'écologie, malgré que mes serviettes n'ont pas été placées dans la baignoire pour être lavées, elles ont quand même été changées... dommage.

Hôtel sympa mais la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer ainsi que le bruit. Nous avons réservé dans cet établissement pour participer au marathon de Paris et nous n’avons pas pu dormir la première nuit à cause du bruit dans les couloirs d’enfants qui couraient, criaient ainsi que des d'adultes qui revenaient d'une réception qui avait lieu au rez-de-chaussée. Autant vous dire que mon marathon a était difficile... Sinon bonne literie et endroit charmant. Métro juste à coté de cet hôtel. Personnel accueillant.

Très bien accueilli, chambres tres confortables, petit déjeuner suffisant. Bel établissement. Un seul regret, le bar fermé du jeudi au dimanche soir.

Bel hôtel et alentours au top ( parc et restaurations), les chambres sont spacieuses et le lit immense, le petit-déjeuner varié et de qualité, sans oublié l'accueil des réceptionnistes (avenants, souriants, à l'écoute des clients et c'est fort agréable) Merci à Joseph particulièrement ;-)

Hotel déplorable. Le service et les réceptionniste sont odieux. Ils m’ont fait changer trois fois de chambre, ils m’ont donné des cartes avec des chambres qui étaient déjà occupé. Chambre avec la climatisation qui fais du bruit. Hotel à fuir.

My first impression of this hotel was a security guard kicking me out of a public lounge on the second floor while I awaited 3 hours for my check-in -which was requested to be early. I simply wanted a quiet place to work and wasn't bothering a soul. He told me to go downstairs to sit where there was a grand total of 3 - yes three - places to sit, all of which were occupied. From there it didn't get much better. The rooms are rather sparse and soulless with showers that go from cold to scalding hot (seriously be careful). The food is atrocious. The restaurants have extremely limited hours (which may be a good thing considering the food quality.)The Wifi is poor to non-existent at times and the service is generally cold and unfriendly - save for one poor room service delivery man who was uncharacteristically pleasant. Hopefully he plies his skills elsewhere soon.The location isn't bad, however you should know that the hotel looks out on a large public square where there can be enough noise and yelling at night to prevent you from sleeping.My recommendation is find another place to stay. Paris it too beautiful a city to waste your time in this hotel.

The hotel is mostly great.Excellent, comfortable, and nice rooms.The location is OK since it's close to a Metro station, and it's easy access in and out.Nice walking places nearby, despite being far from touristic sites.The only (-) point is the restaurant".The breakfast is far below the average breakfast in good categories hotels

Très bon établissement où je me rends régulièrement pour des séminaires professionnels. Les salles sont confortables et bien équipées, le café et les viennoiseries de bienvenue sont en quantité suffisante.

This was our 2nd time at the hotel and so far we have loved to stay here. One of the reasons we stay here is the breakfast which has a wide variety of food to eat (eggs, bacon, toast, pastries, fruit, yogurt coffee and expresso machines). Overall, the staff went above and beyond: we had an early departure so they arranged our breakfast box and they also arranged a reliable transportation to the airport. The location is also a reason why we picked this hotel, it's outside the Paris busy area but few steps aways from the Metro and still close to several Paris attractions. Across the street you can find restaurants, pharmacy, super market and pastries store half a block away. Check in advance business hours since weekend hours and specially Sundays business may be closed. We found a close train station with direct service to Versailles without crossing Paris so ride was quick. Thank you for everything Evergreen Laurel and their staff so hoping to return in our next Paris trip.

My experience at this hotel left much to be desired. The rooms were showing their age, complete with worn-out carpets, and the most astonishing drawback was the absence of water in the room, not even in the minibar.To exacerbate the situation, at 6:30 in the morning, I had to call room service due to my increasing thirst and a headache. However, I was put on hold for two minutes and later informed by the reception that the service was not yet available, which left me utterly frustrated. In my desperation, I even went down to the reception in my pajamas to express my discomfort to the two receptionists, who reiterated that water service wasn't open.After my persistence, I finally found out that there was a vending machine on the first floor, which would have been helpful information to receive in advance and could have spared me a great deal of frustration. In summary, my stay at this hotel was marred by outdated facilities and a lack of basic services, making it an experience I would not recommend.

The stay was okay. We stayed here for leisure. Parking seemed more expensive then a year earlier. Also the breakfast seems expensive for me at EUR 20 per guest. Rooms are clean and average in size. Beds are fine, as are the bathrooms. Clean, tidy and good enough for the price. Nothing bad, nothing special.

Hôtel qui prélève ma CB au lieu d’une carte prépayée sans m’en informer, sans m’envoyer de facture et alors qu’il m’ont assure que je ne serais pas prélevé.Pour avoir une facture on me transfert de service en service !Bref, médiocre

Petit-déjeuner assez insipide et assez vide vu le nombre de clients alors qu'il est à peine plus de 8h.Chambre assez grande, mais pleine de tâches sur la moquette. Machine à glaçons carrément éteinte! (4ème étage) alors qu'il faisait très chaud. Obligé d'aller en chercher à un étage ou il y en avait.De plus la climatisation de la chambre est vraiment très très légère, il devait faire 25° dans la chambre alors que tout était mis au niveau le plus frais...De même, un vrai parcours du combattant pour trouver le spa!.Bref, cela ne vaut pas du tout le standing d'un 4 étoiles.Point positif à noter, le prix correct pour le secteur.
