Having stayed in Capestang for our holiday this year, we hired bicycles from Velogenie. We found the lady very charming and efficient. The bicycles were of a standard appropriate with the tarif. The technician explained the use of the anti-puncture aerosol supplied with the accesories and we found the whole experience very satisfying and professional. Thanks for your attentive service. Unfriendly staff , poorly maintained bikes had to exchange a bike without any apology even though I had to cycle out of my way to return the bike,When I did return the bike I asked for a repair kit as he forgot to give me one , he insisted that he had , which really was accusing me of losing it.So after 2 weeks hire we returned the 2 bikes and he still tried to charge us for a repair kit, honestly I have ridden bikes all my life , I adjusted the bike I had so the gears changed a little better .Lift your act .
