Avoid this place at all cost. After leaving their apartment they charged 1000 euros in damages and cleaning and there was nothing I could do. Dishonest people, If you are International student, chose any other option in Le Mans.

The corridor and the bathroom had a strange bad smell. The apartment was supposed to be cleaned once a week, in two months time, it was cleaned only once.
