Une très belle découverte que ce champagne Christophe HUGOT.Sa technique de vinification en cuves ovoïde est unique dans la région. Cela donne des champagnes vraiment atypiques et qui explosent en arômes.Je vous conseille vivement de faire un tour à Chavot-Courcourt pour le découvrir.Bravo Christophe !!!

La meilleure expérience!Christophe and Severine welcomed us the their tasting after we took a wrong turn and found it by accident.Despite our lack of French, everything was explained and after much laughter we tasted some amazing varieties, all produced in a manner no other champagne house offers.Such a pity this is not available in Australia.After 3 days touring Champagne region, Champagne Christophe Hugot was the best experience of all. Merci beaucoup!

La degustazione piú fantastica che abbiamo fatto durante il nostro tour nello Champagne. Cristophe è un vigneron unico per le sue tecniche innovative che si riflettono nei suoi magnifici prodotti. È stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo! Un'esperienza bellissima!
