Hôtel Touraine Opéra
After scanning the entire “Opera district” for a boutique hotel with serious charm and very approachable pricing, we absolutely picked right with Hotel Touraine. The staff was actually the big surprise: everyone one of them from front desk, to security, to cleaning were full of joy and care. Room size was more than standard/expected, new interior styling is innovative, location ideal, family friendly, and morning breakfast options that would rival any large hotel.

Hôtel Touraine Opéra
L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, l'accueil et le service excellents, les chambres spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. Le seul point négatif est l'isolation phonique. Nous étions au RDC. Malgré la double porte pour insonoriser, nous entendions les bruits de vaisselle le matin, les personnes dans l'escalier et les vibrations du métro (ce qui doit être le cas pour tous les établissements dans le secteur). Les bouchons d'oreilles sont donc indispensables.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est parfait. La superficie de la chambre est très correcte, La literie est de qualité. Petit déjeuné au top!Très joliment décoréLes moins :chambre côté rue bruyante.Odeur d’égout dans la salle de bainIl manque une douche à côté du sauna

I toured Switzerland and moved to France and stayed in 3 hotels in Paris. This hotel is the last hotel of my trip and I decided to relax in the accommodation and my choice was absolutely right. I made a reservation in a hurry and came straight to the accommodation and waited for a while, but the staff was very considerate and treated me well. The room was more spacious than I thought, and later I realized that this hotel is very attentive to its guests from the Nespresso coffee machine to the L'Occitane products in the bathroom. My room had a large bathroom and a clean and comfortable bathtub.I'll also mention the honesty part. I'm not sure about my accommodation, but I felt the noise very weakly from the subway I guess. In Korea, the subway is very deep, but Paris did not. I'm just telling you from the point of reference, but I'm telling you that it's not uncomfortable at all if you know it. I didn't hear any sound when I slept, and I slept well starting from the very comfortable bedding.The breakfast was great, and at checkout the next day, the hotel staff greeted me saying that I would like to see you at this hotel the next time you come to Paris. I liked this hotel so much that I fully agreed with the staff and will definitely stop by this hotel the next time I visit Paris. See you next time^^

Très bon Hôtel avec un bon emplacement géographique dans le quartier. Hôtel avec du charme et surtout un personnel à l'écoute et chaleureux.Très belle chambre et petit déjeuner excellent.Vous pouvez profiter d'une salle de sport privative avec un sauna.Un très bon moment passé lors de mon séjours.

Cozy clean boutique hotel with a great location for shopping and exploring Paris . It was our second hotel in Paris and wish we stayed there all along . Every single staff member was extremely helpful and warm . We had a small issue with the safe (my toddler’s doing) and the staff promptly helped us. I would like to thank the manager as well again for the nice note and gesture left for us following that in our room . Truly a wonderful team that goes above and beyond to make you comfortable .

Good Location - quiet area, 2 blocks from restaurants/bars row, 15 min slow walk to Opera, 1/2 block from bus going to 2 train stationsRoom - a little small by US standardsBreakfast - very good taste and selection: coffee, croissants, jams, pastries, cereal, etc.Service - excellent. We arrived around noon. Front desk lady offered us coffee and breakfast. While we had coffee they did all check-in. They also rushed cleaning of our room and brought in our luggage. Everybody speaks English and was helpful when needed directions or advice.

The team is very nice in general. Today we had some problems with the person who was in the reception. She wasn’t nice as the rest of the team.You should have a better wifi, yesterday I didn’t have a good connection for my meetings.Thanks a lot

In a convenient location this hotel does the job.Everything is small/narrow there but not unlike the competition.AC is fine, bathroom is modern, pillows are very soft with a poor shape though. Mattress could be more comfortable. Breakfast is fine. Service is excellent.

J'ai choisi cet hôtel sur la base de la bonne note octroyée par Booking et quelle ne fut ma déception ! Cet hôtel ne vaut pas un 4*, certainement pas ! Je savais que les chambres étaient minuscules mais pas à ce point et le comble c'est qu'il n'y a aucun placard dans les chambres, un bureau qui ne sert à rien, un frigidaire qui n'en n'est pas un et un climatiseur qui date de la préhistoire ! Le seul point positif est son emplacement à 10mn des galeries Lafayette, mais dans le secteur c'est pas les hôtels qui manquent.Franchement c'est une mauvaise affaire !
