It was a fantastic experience from the booking down to the day of the transport. The website is very user friendly and great communication that you feel very comfortable! Our driver Jean-Michel was very kind. Strongly recommend.

We called upon Jean-Michel the first time in 2013. To our great happiness, he is still very much in business in 2023. He delivered us safely and efficiently to and from Orly Airport around New Years 2023. We have recommended him to many friends, and all have been pleased. He is a kind man, speaks perfect English, can give you some great advice about seeing Paris, and his vehicles are impeccable. He and his team can also drive private services around town. Highly, highly recommended.

I was so pleased to work with Grey Shuttle during my time in Paris! Jean-Michel made everything simple for me regarding planning my transportation to and from CDG airport. He was on time for both my arrival and departure and was a great communicator. The prices were extremely reasonable and the vehicle was very clean. Our experience with Jean-Michel deserves more than 5 stars. We were apprehensive about arriving in Paris and getting to our hotel. He sent us a WhatsApp message while still in immigration, took charge of our luggage and delivered us safely to our hotel. Great service and highly recommended.

Nobody came to pick us up - I’m also highly disappointed by this company like other recent reviews. I was traveling with 5 family members and booked a round trip airport transport with this company. They were great and very responsive during booking but not so much after that. In the email they tell you to confirm your pickup the day prior to get driver contact information. I called them the day prior leaving for Paris and got no contact information and felt like that whoever picked up the phone did not even know who I was or about my order. Needless to say, this got me a little worried and I was therefore relieved to find someone with my name waiting for us at the airport. For our transport back to the airport, things got much worse , I sent a What’s App message (as requested) the day prior in the AM and by 5 PM had no answer so I decided to call the number that was given and called multiple time until I could get someone to pick up and same scenario got no contact info and had to repeat when I needed pick up ,from what address and to where. The next day at 7 Am , no car/van. I called the number multiple times and no answer , no answering machine either also I sent another What’s App message, again no answer. After 15 minutes, we had to call a Uber and by miracle there was a van 13 minutes away and we were able to make our flight. I want to stress how lucky we were between the scarcity of vans in Paris and the rush hour traffic , we could have missed out flight. Therefore I would NOT recommand this company :1/Uber charged us 92 euros while this company charged 110 euros so Uber was cheaper and they showed up...2/finally got a reply to my 7h05 AM text at 9H50 AM: like what? You did not get a car???, sorry I did not pick up the phone I was sleeping, again sorry about that, we will refund your money.I booked in advance and payed for a service to ensure our transportation to the AIRPORT and ended up all stressed out and scrambling hours away from take-off. And the way they handled it was: oops so sorry, was sleeping, not sure what happened. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Jean-Michel provided a wonderful service for us- twice! I emailed him the morning of our flight to CDG seeing if he had any availability to take us from CDG to the 9th. He responded almost immediately and confirmed, he would be there, and provided contact information for when we arrived. He was extremely communicative throughout the process and it was such a stress free experience, especially after a 12 hour flight. Jean-Michel also was able to accommodate a return trip to CDG for our 5 person party. We will absolutely be using The Grey Shuttle again!

We had a wonderful experience with Grey shuttle. They were prompt and right on time. Jean-Michel came to receive us at the airport. He had to wait for us as we made our way through immigration at the busy airport. We very much appreciate his patience. The Mercedes van he got was spacious and clean. It also had charging points which was convenient for us to charge our phones after our long flight. He dropped us off at the Palace of Versailles where we had a great time exploring the palace and its wonderful gardens. On our way second time to the airport, Vincent was there on time to pick us up. He was professional and courteous as well. I would highly recommend Grey shuttle for their professional services if you're looking to hire a private taxi/van in Paris.

Highly disappointed as I booked round trip airport transport with this company due to the great views. However I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were wonderful and responsive during booking my trip but that’s it. In the email they tell you to confirm your pick up with the the day prior for driver contact information. I emailed them multiple times the day prior to leaving for Paris with no response. Finally I took the number from the contract and sent a what’s up message. They confirmed the pick up but no contact information. We arrive at the airport and no one was waiting for us. I started sending messages in what’s up and was told that the driver is there waiting for us which was a lie. The driver arrived late. For our transport back to the airport, I asked if they could arrive an hour earlier which they said was fine. The driver showed up 45 minutes late which caused us to be in traffic for almost 2 hours and barely made our flight. The driver did not clean the vehicle and there was trash left from the previous customers. David also called the driver during our transport and they had a screaming match over the phone. Very unprofessional. I asked for a discount to be returned for the horrible service and was told of course. However, after following up multiple times, they have yet to return a dollar. I would not recommend a company that has lied to me multiple times.

I found Grey Shuttle with a Google search and wasn't sure what to expect. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! Jean-Michel was super-helpful with our gang of eight and all our luggage. He was not only on-time, but he was early both times we used him. He made our trips as comfortable as possible and was so easy to work with. Plus, Grey Shuttle's rates can't be beat for the excellent service you receive. Highly recommended!

Grey Shuttle in Paris was the perfect combination of impressive service and professionalism. Jean-Michel was courteous, on time, and the car in which he picked us up was spotless. On the day we were scheduled to leave, he personally contacted us and made sure we had plenty of time to get to the airport. We have traveled to many places in Europe and we would rank this service at the top. Having a professional group to make sure you get to the airport is invaluable.
