Tubages Et Conduits

Aujourd'hui 5 novembre 2019, j'ai fait la connaissance de Jacky le technicien de Tubages et conduits. Le technicien Jacky est très compétent et expérimenté et à l'écoute du client. Je suis ravi de l'avoir rencontré et il a répondu illico presto à mes questions. Si j'ai le moindre souci pour mon insert à bois je ferai appel à ce Monsieur qui aime son métier.

This is about the worst company I have ever had to deal with. We have been in business for over one year for the replacement of a chimney insert and this is still not working. They also take a 100%+ markup on materials and are notoriously unreliable. The assistant and employees keep promising things that they do not deliver and they just hang up on you if you dare to express discontent avec several weeks or months of calling and waiting in vain. A disgrace for the whole profession if you ask me.Ps: with regards to the previous review, Jacky has left the company, unfortunately.
