Pont du Garigliano

Le pont du Garigliano est un pont enjambant la Seine à Paris. Il tire son nom de la bataille du Garigliano, victoire remportée au Garigliano, un petit fleuve du centre de l’Italie près de Monte Cassino par le Corps expéditionnaire français du général Juin, en 1944. SituationLe pont relie le boulevard du Général-Martial-Valin dans le quartier de Javel (15e arrondissement), au boulevard Exelmans dans le quartier d'Auteuil (16e arrondissement).Il est très proche des locaux de France Télévisions et de l’hôpital européen Georges-Pompidou (HEGP). Il traverse la Seine, porté par seulement deux piles, proches des rives. Il enjambe des voies sur berge sur les deux rives avant de se raccorder à la terre ferme.

Un pont pratique, mais pas très beau. Belle vue toutefois sur la Seine du fait de son élévation. Attention, le climat y est toujours plus dégueulasse qu'aux alentours du fait de sa hauteur.

Bon, c’est un pont… pas très beau, mais pratique, puisque, par définition, il traverse la seine et permet de gagner un temps précieux (puis il vous donne la possibilité de faire le tour de paris en courant). La vue est assez sympa, par contre on ne s’y arrête pas pour un pic nic hein !

It's a hidden gem in Paris that's worth discovering. The unique features of the bridge make it stand out from other popular attractions in the city, and it's a great spot for a memorable photo op.To improve the experience, I suggest providing more seating options and perhaps partnering with local cafes or food vendors to offer snacks and drinks for visitors.Overall, I would give Pont du Gargliano a solid 4 stars. It's a lovely spot that's perfect for a romantic date or a relaxing break from the city. I would definitely recommend it to others and would consider visiting again in the future.

Pont assez excentré du cœur de Paris.Il relie le 15eme arrondissement (parc André-Citroën, Balard, Porte de Versailles) avec le 16eme (porte de Saint-Cloud, maison de Balzac) ce qui laisse beaucoup d'idées pour la promenade !Belle vue sur la tour Eiffel.
