Le désastre classique : un petite standardiste pète-sec d'un côté de la chaîne, un pauvre hère médiocrement francophone perdu avec son camion de l'autre . Bref le client est la variable d'ajustement. S'il est gardien d'immeuble ou handicapé à demeure chez lui, il peut rester immobilisé de 8 à 17 heures pour sa livraison. Sinon c'est plus hard.
