Conciergerie L'EPI NET

Communication was good, the check-in was flexible and hassle free. The house was well prepared, clean with personal touches. We got a nice note and a bottle of local wine as a welcome gift.The concierge L'épi Net did a great job but the general impression of our experience was damaged by the owner of the house, it took them 6 days to make our WiFi work, even if they knew it wasn't working before our arrival, and I requested it, they only repaired it in our last day.Also, I paid 200eur cleaning fee, but still emptied the rubbish etc at the end of the stay. However, then they complained that there was some dirt on the shower floor and crumbles on one sofa... it's ridiculous! However, if I understand well, it's not the company's fault but the property's owner's issues.
