Aelia Duty Free

Very unhappy and very bad experience on October 28th. I was charged an UE price but I was going to UK. I paid the cigarettes at the EU destination price and when I asked for this to be sorted I was refused. Very unpleasant and very rude. I couldn't stay more and sort it out because of the massive queue I had to wait to pass the border control and the duty free that is after you pass the passport check the lady stated she cannot help me because she didn't have the same items on the shelf!!!!

Ce matin, Un seul vendeur, Titoan, très gentil et serviable. Sa collègue était on ne sait où! Heureusement qu'il était là !

Ont simplement considéré que nos achats pouvaient circuler sans être placés dans sac scellé car restait en UE. Deuxième passage de filtre à Lisbonne tout est confisqué. Très mauvais.

Das Letzte! Zigaretten genau so teuer wie in Deutschland, Parfums teurer als im Internet. Wer sich drauf freut etwas zu sparen oder eine schöne Auswahl zu genießen ist hier leider an der komplett falschen Adresse. Mein Tipp: nie wieder über Bordeaux fliegen.
