Un hotel correcto para dormir y ducharte. Tiene una boca de metro literalmente en la puerta, lo que es un puntazo. Limpio limpisimo pero de verdad... no se puede ser más desagradable!! En recepción salvo Nikko, ni buenos días. Si pusieran floreros con uniforme serían mas útiles y mas educados que los camareros en el desayuno. Hubo un momento ayer que ni había ni pan, ni huevos, ni cafe, ni bollería en el buffet. Varios clientes se lo dijimos y lejos de resolver les faltó escupirnos a la cara. Y si eres intolerante a la lactosa o celíaco, ajo y agua porque a pesar de que a la entrada tienen un cartel que dice que en caso de alergias preguntemos, pues oye... pregunta lo que quieras que si conoces a Herodes ya sabes lo que hay

Une chambre à 357 euros la nuit on peut s’attendre à un endroit super clean. Malgré tous ça . Une chambre pour PMR avec une porte de sale de bain se fermant difficilement. Des taches sur la moquettes . Une chambre sans climatisation et chaude .Si le commentaire me demande pourquoi je n’en n’ai pas parler directement : car arriver à 2h du mat et partie à 7h donc envie de dormir

Accueil la responsable pas agréable du tout, elle parlait très mal a c'est collègue et clients.Chambre propre a l'arrivée. Froid dans la chambre et chauffage qui fonctionne pas. Femme de ménage très gentille. le petit déjeuner convenable. Et le reste des employés aussi.

Lieu très agréable pour une journée de travail.Hôtel idéalement placé et surtout un accueil formidable de toute l'équipe.Notamment de Farida dont le sourire sincère vous fait sentir comme à la maison!

That a fantastic hotel location near the center area and beside train station. During the night time you can walk around to discover more places with the night city view but have to be careful for pick pocket.Breakfast was good and lot of variety.All room are pretty clean and tidy. Room view was fantastic and feel relax during the stay.Mini market, restaurants was available surrounding the hotel.Bar, restaurants, vending machine is available at the hotel.That a WiFi free for all guests.Luggage storage is available for hotel guest.Wheelchair accessible to the hotel.

Moquette déchirée, détecteur de fumées bloqué par un sac en plastique, chambre à la limite du propre et accueil poli mais pas aimable. J'ai connu cet hôtel à l'ouverture, rien à voir avec aujourd'hui ! A FUIR ABSOLUMENT !!!

Hi. My staying in Campanile Porte de Bagnolet was for 3 nights, and it was wonderful!Location:Metro station is 10 meters from hotel entrance.Supermarket with all what you need is 10 meters from hotel entrance.Staff:At the last night, when i need open the wine at 23:30, guy from reception just call me to the first floor(bar location) and open the wine with beautiful smile on his face.When i need the small milk for the coffee, girl from the reception give me not 1, not 2, she give me 7 small milks and sugar for coffee.When i ask for extra 1 hour for check-out , it also wasn’t the problem.Room:I was with my girlfriendRoom was clean.We got the big king size bed,coffee,tea,sugar,milk,tv,bathroom,wardrobe,chair,desktop tableand window with city view.Also i just want to say, it is no possibility to open the window, but air conditioning work very good, nothing bad with this.I hope that i will see this hotel one more time… :)

Accueil pas chaleureux du tout.La moquette tellement vielle et sale remplie de taches, impossible d’aérer la chambre . Le lave main bouché , pas de brosse de toilette.

La atención pésima en todos los departamentos. Llegamos y la recepcionista echada en el mostrador sin atendernos, ni los buenos días, las 2 unas maleducadas. La habitación sucia, el baño con humedades, las baldosas amarillas de falta de higiene. Tomamos un té la primera noche y no solo no reponen nada sino que tampoco tiran la basura si te dejas algún papel sobre la mesa. Me tiraron mi cepillo de dientes del baño que estaba en un vaso junto a la pasta, no sé por qué tocan nada personal de clientes y menos tirarlo a la basura. En el desayuno están continuamente paseándose sin reponer nada. La máquina de café no funcionaba, avisé al personal y se acercó pero no hizo nada y ni te miran a la cara ni te contestan cuando les hablas. Varios clientes quejándose de la máquina de café y de que no reponen nada y ni caso. Nadie habla inglés. También preguntamos por leche sin lactosa y te miran mal. Tienen puesto un cartel a la entrada indicando que preguntes sobre alérgenos, pero es mentira porque no hay opciones ni nadie que te ayude o que tenga algo de idea. Hotel de pésima calidad y peor atención. Personal sin formación y muy maleducado.

Personnel et accueil sympathique, situé a la sortie de metro.Cependant hotel vieillot, très peu de prises dans la chambre, moisissures dans les douches, insecte dans la chambre, absence de brosse WC, mitigeur salle de bain qui envoie du très chaud puis très froid sans jamais mitiger.Tres cher pour la prestation.

-2,5 stars- We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and our overall experience was fine. The staff were friendly and the location of the hotel is convenient. Although it takes some time to go to tourist attractions (about 40 minutes by metro and bus to go the the Eiffel Tower), the location was still very convenient because it is near the metro and bus station. I would recommend taking the bus so that you are able to see the city. The walk is a few meters to the public transport. The hotel is located near a mall where you can find a huge supermarket. We didn’t eat breakfast at this hotel, so I can’t say anything about that. The hotel is a bit outdated, but I think the price is very reasonable. We didn’t have any problems overall, although the carpet was stained (thankfully we brought slippers) and there wasn’t really any airconditioning so it was quite hot. We stayed during spring, so it might be even hotter during summer which is something to take into consideration before staying here. We also had a hard time sleeping because people were slamming doors and screaming during the night. We bought earplugs which helped us sleep better through the noise. We don’t know if other guests were being loud or if it was the staff, but the walls are thin and I think some school excursion groups might be staying here, so don’t expect it to be completely quiet during the night. If you’re on a budget, I would recommend this hotel, but if you want a good night sleep you should probably pay a little more.

I came to visit this hotel with school. To start, at night there was a lot of noise in the bathroom, the toilet kept flushing itself. We could barely sleep because of the sounds. Also the staff kept walking in the hall at night, which was annoying. There was also money stolen from my classmate's room. When we confronted the worker there, he was very defensive. He didn't even want to listen or check the camera's. He acted like we were almost lying, he kept saying that there was never something stolen at the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, do not come here.

Il fait étouffant dans les chambres. Les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas. L'air chaud peut être brassé par un ventilateur mis a disposition dans la chambre, ou par un climatiseur portatif qui ne sert a rien ( car il fait de l'air froid devant et de l'air chaud derrière).

Me and my friend originally ordered two single beds but when we went there, we were offered 1 double bed instead. The tap water was also extremely hot to the point where we can’t shower at all. The staff originally didn’t want to do anything at all to help to help with this situation, however we managed to get a compromise bathroom at the end but it’s really far away from the room we’re in and very inconvenient. I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service and their room quality. When I tried to refill my water bottle, one staff stopped me from doing so and I didn’t have any water left. The outside of this hotel smells like weed too. I expected much better service given that this is a hotel so I definitely do not recommend this place.
