I recently participated in the Verbal Aikido online classes with Luke Archer, and it was an incredible experience. As someone who had read his books, I was eager to put the theory into practice, and this course helped me do just that.Working alongside a wonderful group of like-minded people, I learned the art of returning to my center repeatedly.
