I don’t recommend anyone using this rental company. They are completely disorganised and ended up ripping us off. We rented a car for a month and when we went to return the car an employee who no longer worked at free2move had left a posted note saying we owed an extra 400 euros without any explanation of what the added charge was for. We were forced to pay without any explanation, receipt or document on what we were paying for. This meant our car rental cost almost doubled for the month rental. This is outrageously unprofessional and dishonest. I don’t recommend anyone use this service.
