Cher pour ce que c'est. Cosy, pas vraiment : pas de penderie, retouches de plâtre ici ou là, chaises d'écolier parfaitement cisterciennes, mobilier sommaire, genre récup Emmaüs, aucune lampe de chevet, notamment sur le plan de travail, pas un sachet de café ou de thé pour accueillir, radiateurs électriques souffreteux. Ne parlons pas du parking, dont la rampe d'accès est particulièrement étroite ; quant au parking lui-même, l'entrée en en est jonchée de détritus : il semble que personne ne se soucie d'aller y passer un coup de balai de temps à autre. Cerise sur le gâteau : personne le week end, le samedi notamment, ce qui est un comble. Cela dit : spacieux, calme (pour les studios donnant sur l'arrière, en tous cas), salle d'eau avec force serviettes, grandes fenêtres, cuisine avec ce qu'il faut.… Bilan : très bien pour 50 euros, bien pour 70, nettement insuffisant pour 100/120.

Very convenient accommodation situated right at the center of Nantes, near tramway, bus stops which is easy to get around the cities and to airport. In the room, there a working desk, chair, bed, clean private bathroom and kitchen with electric stove. Great place

J'ai eu plusieurs expériences avec eux et c'était toujours parfait et en plus de tout ça des visages accueillants et souriants

As a visiting researcher for Nantes University, this place has been my home for 2 weeks. The place location is strategic: Within a walking distance to the Hôtel Dieu Tram Station (line 2 and 3), a pharmacy, bakeries, convenience store, kebab place, and other restaurants. Their personnels are very kind (shoutout to Marie) and helpful. The room is spacious, it has a small kitchen with some utensils to use, the clothing cabinet is spacious as well, and the bathroom is comfortable to use. There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor and common room in the ground floor. There is also an outdoor space to sit. In the backdoor, there’s a garbage disposal bins. The only problems I had was this place has no air conditioner and it’s quite tricky to press the button of the lift from the 2nd floor (where I stayed). Nevertheless, I’d love to visit and stay in this place again

Really helps to settle in Nantes for foreign researchers and their families. Also provides lots of cool entertainment possibilities and of course some French language courses. Superb job.

It is one of the best place for the foreign researchers who visit Nantes, France for their research works. The staffs are very helpful and nice. They also help foreign researchers to find accommodation in Nantes, to help in tax related paper works, and many other things. Without the help from the staffs at MCE, it may be difficult for the foreign researchers at the beginning. They provide all kind of advice so that foreign researchers can feel comfortable in Nantes.
