Dříve fungovalo vše dobře a rychle . Bohužel při posledních dvou návštěvách,byl v kanceláři nový personál co svoji práci nezvládal , čekání na potvrzení od nakládky a vykládky 2-3h . Dříve potvrzeno cmr do 10 min . Samotná nakládka ,vykládka ve skladě rychlá. Tak se polepšite.

Le personnel de manutention est super sympa et réactif. Par contre pour traiter tout ce qui est administratif, dans les bureaux, tout simplement horrible

Идешь в офис дают табличку ставишь на стекло и ждешь, сначала отгружают французские машины потом тебя . Можешь простоять и час и два пока подойду . Из плюсов есть душевая и туалет

На въезде оставляем паспорт, взамен берём бейдж, которым и открываем шлагбаум.Дальше на паркинг или ищем место где приткнуться, идём в офис с своей ЦМР и референцией.Там берём табличку с номером, ставим под стекло и ждём пока позовут под рампу.Места очень не много, ещё и легковые между рампами стоят, так что аккуратно...Туалет на КПП.Грузят вроде быстро, а вот документы потом приходится ждать...

Vous prenez la sortie 37 direction douane Suisse (cargo/fret) et arrivez à la porte où vous recevez une carte d 'entrée ;la carte d identité y reste jusqu'à la sortie.Des gens communicatifs, rapides et joyeux !
