I didn’t have as many issues as David did, but I did have to have some items fixed in the USA. I would have given Uchimata 4 stars, but after reading their responses I am giving them 3.

My husband had some work done here and after seeing all the discussion on Facebook I thought I would leave a review. All the work that was done here had to be redone in Croatia and I ended up paying twice. Do not use these people as they are terrible and owner is dishonest.

Extremely unresponsive and difficult to deal with. We’ve had some issues with the boat due to poor wiring after it left La Rochelle. I had to reschedule my trip based off lack of communication.Idalia - Saona 114

You've been very patient with our frequent changes and options. No one could have tried harder to get the job completed on time and obtain the equipment requested i.e. Fans, Electrical outlets, Parasailor hardware.Even when you could not obtain the fans due to the sirocco Fan unavailability, you still wired and made it easy enough that even Barbara can finish it. Your wonderful crew: Jean Paul, Sebastion, Loic, Mathew and two other gentlemen assisting with the parasailor equipment/replacing the ceiling tiles. They did a great job and were fun to work with. Very pleasant and polite crew.Pierre, you were very helpful and insightful with suggestions and different options. Terrible service and high prices. There company is discussed often on a Facebook forum and beware the owner is dishonest and wants nothing to do with you once he gets your money.
