Paris Be A Part Of It

The apartment near Bastille area that we got through 'Paris Be A Part Of It' worked out very well. We had a wonderful vacation. The location was great and the cafes and the patisseries around the apartment were very convenient. The Metro was really two minutes walk. Marie Pistinier and Maidisa Boma-Atta of 'Paris Be A Part Of It' were very helpful over the many months of planning and were always giving recommendations to make our trip better. Thanks!

I am so appreciative of Marie and all the staff at Paris-Be-A-Part-Of-It for helping to make my last minute trip such a wonderful success. The apartment on Rue St. Dominique is exactly as it appears in the photos, and in person is the perfect Parisian feeling of contentment. The living room is relaxing, the bathroom is very well appointed, and how perfect to have a separate toilette. The kitchen is very convenient, closets plentiful, and the bedroom a truly relaxing retreat.The neighborhood is filled with delightful cafes, boulangeries, and shops. This street is truly my Parisian home. Merci beaucoup!

Horrible experience with this agency. They charged us 50 euros (!!!) because one bulp in the flat didn't work after we left the flat. Further they charged us around 70 euros because we did not wash the sheets of our bed after we left (handover of the flat was in the morning of the day we left. So how were we supposed to wash and dry them anyways?).After we wrote several emails saying that it is absolutely outrages to charge 50 euros for a bulp and 70 euros for the sheets, they threaten us saying that they will sue us if we put negative comments on the internet.

About 2 months ago I started to plan a trip to Paris from NYC with my wife and two teenage sons. After much research, I realized hotel accommodations for a family of four was extremely limited, and when available, was very expensive. I did some research on Trip Advisor, and came across some links for apartment rentals. Based on the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor, I requested additional information on an apartment across the street from the Louvre.My request was responded to by Paris Be a Part Of It"

I stayed in an apartment leased by Paris Be A Part Of It and could not have been more pleased with my experience. The apartment (on rue d'Hauteville in the 10th) was PERFECT for my family of three - very spacious, close to metro and cafes, clean and updated bathroom, comfortable bedding, LOVELY natural light from the windows, and very nice air conditioning! Additionally, the wi-fi in the apartment is the fastest broadband we encountered during our entire one-month tour of Europe. Last, the staff at Paris Be A Part Of It was wonderfully helpful and made our rental incredibly simple - THANK YOU MARIE!! When we schedule another trip to Paris, I'll call Marie FIRST!! Me, as a Dutch student, and two other girls from Brazil and Boston needed to find a place to stay during our exchange semester in Paris. After a lot of trying at other agencies and, frankly, a lot of disappointments, we came across Paris Be A Part Of It. We were lucky to be right on time for this one apartment we turned out getting in the end, and the agency was very much helpful! They are the ones that helped us through the application process, helped with the contract and it is them that got us the apartment in the end. We would like to very much thank both Maries and the agency in general for being such a great help. We could not have done it without Paris Be A Part Of It, and are now enjoying our amazing time in our wonderful apartment!

Recently, I spent 2 weeks in Paris.The whole experience of booking a place to stay was an absolute breeze by dealing with Paris Be A Part Of It. At every stage, my questions and concerns were answered honestly and very promptly. This was very important to me, a relative newbie with vacation rentals.When I finally got to my place, I was delighted to see that everything was as described and as displayed in pictures. The apartment on Rue de l'Ouest is very comfort and is exactly what I need. Marie was there the whole time to guide me through the complex rental procedure and the owner of the apartment is also super nice. Rented a lovely apartment but then at the last minute had to cancel because of an illness in the family. The agency was helpful at booking and then again at cancellation, and the insurance that is required as part of the contract really did come through. When we go back to take that trip again my first stop online will be Paris Be A Part Of It.
